*pets her new seahorse* Hey buddy, I want you to go find Aeonaxx and use bubble beam on him until he spawns for Veph! He's a rock type dragon so that should do the trick!

17 hours have passed, meaning the theoretical max spawn time has passed.
Something must have spawned some time today - most likely a Blood Seeker since Aeonaxx, even if I didn't get him, is big enough while he's circling that I would have seen his engaged ID regardless.

Ugh that sucks :c Hopefully he will pop up soon, though I think I have heard he can go days without spawning if I remember correctly.
