I have a character there yes, I'm primarily Guardian on Rocklift but I may play over on Galena more. I'm Lakcaj the Eth warrior over there. Depends my mood really - Yes Feli is there though too. He, Tyger, and myself were grouped last night.

Yeah, I have a 14 or so warrior on there and I leveled a rogue with them 'bout 12hrs ago. X3; I read that they'll be implementing free, self-initiated character transfers with the release of the next major patch (or something along those lines.) I'm thinking a lot of us will probably wind up on the same server, eventually.

Heh I barely understood any of that. Guardian? Rocklift? Galena? Eth? I'm so ignorant and confused!

Guardian is the bad faction, Rocklift is some backwater server somewhere, Galena is the awesome server of coolness, and Eth are the Defiant-side humans.

Oh thats awesome! I think I would do that actually, I dont care too much for the box since it'll just get shelved with the other stuff.

Question: I would be running Windows XP on bootcamp with my Macbook. I don't think there would be too many problems.... no? I haven't tried bootcamp before

Rifts min requirements are 2.0 dualcore. I'm still stuck back in single core.

Whats 2.0 dualcore mean? I'm not big on computer specs too much, I just know I bought my Macbook in spring 2009 and it has 4 GB of Ram in it (i put another 2 gb in). I think its this one if that helps at all:

The Eth are the normal colored sometimes-Arab-themed humans from the Defiants. The fancy blue people are the Kelari, "dark elves" that belong to the Defiants.

Means the processor needs to be dual core and run at 2.0Ghz

since yours is a relatively new mac it's probably dual core.

I have no idea how to check the processor within Mac's OS as I've never owned or messed with one.

thanks for the posts tyger. i'll see if i can figure out the boot camp thingy. i just dont have too much free room on my laptop due to a incredibly high amount of dora the explorer / mickey mouse clubhouse / and other tv shows that are stored on there. I think those buggers are around 150 mb each. They add up quickly those darn lil buggers!

Is that code name for porn? haha jk.

Nabbed a better picture of a Bahmi--a female one at least. I don't typically roll male characters so unfortunately I don't really have any screens of them. XD

I rolled a Bahmi on Galena the other day >_> probably won't get a chance to play for a few days though.

Speaking of storage, how big is the actual full version of the game? It's 8.82GB on my computer so far, just wondering if i'd have to download much more after upgrading from the trial version?

Its just classes for me I think lol! I like Eth course Bahmi are pretty too but well Kelari get to me idk why they creep me out if I stare at them too long haha!
