I still don't have anything good to show. I do have an ugly one, LOL. I bought this guy for 12k because I figured maybe he'd make pretty babies with speckles.. Buy good lord, he's hideous! I guess he needs a funny name...

Gosh...he's erm. He's...yeah, well. He's really...yeah... but at 12K that was a good investment! Poor boy, sometimes the colours just don't work. BUT AT LEAST HE ISN'T PINK!
(You asked about scrolls in the other thread, and yes, you can preview the dragons, but not until you actually own the scroll unfortunately.)

I was searching the AH for a cheap MALE to possibly turn into a PC or Spiral eventually, because my lair is too full of pretty girlies who all want to become special butterflies.

So what did I do? I bought another female. Who will ALSO be turned into a PC. The fifth one, now that I decided to keep the obsidian/white Fae. And how many male PCs have I got servicing this horde of rabid ladies? One. Yes, poor Kratos will be far too busy to handle it all and will necessarily have to share the load with his three diseased gembond friends.

*_* Never have too many black/obsidian dragons with red wings, I say. You always find such pretty tundras.

She'll make bright, bright babies with the Ridgeback I won in a giveaway, and I wouldn't have it any other way. She's DEFINITELY not to my usual tastes (goldenrod? ... really?), but something about her just struck me hard. Reminds me of reversed Spyro colors, maybe? Very... 90's video-game wizard-y. Working on buying her an Ethereal Entourage.

Someone put one up that I could afford. Was still over 200k.. but I grabbed it anyway. Now he's a purdy little baby Wildclaw!

And I didn't see your edit, Caelan, I kinda...I kinda like her too...Does she have iridsecent? Because that would explain why the goldenrod looks nice and not...you know, brownish.

Yep! Iri/shim. Apparently iridescent can save some of the really awful colors, which is very good to know. Definitely would not have wanted her without it, bleh.

So I swore not to buy any more starter breeds. My lair is tiny, I like my tiny lair, I don't need more starters. But... then I saw a little Tundra, and then a guardian, and then I checked the colors of their babies...

So this guy isn't fancy but he's my favorite and I've dolled him up a bit so thought I'd show him off here. His name is Raneth and I'm hoping to get him some genes in the future. Suggestions appreciated

I think he would make a very, very handsome PC, or Spiral though. It's that awkward pose on male Guardians that seems to make them less attractive, especially when they are a dark shade. At least for me it's the problem with them. But those gorgeous navy wings would look lovely posed above a sleek black PC male body.

and yeah the pose of male guardians.. just dosnt work with dark colors combine with dark colors.. i really wanted a halloween colored one.. Obsidan/Fire or Obsidan/Sunsine or something... but they have a shot of producing one and if they do Lorelei will have a new mate

i could maybe turn the female into a PC and the guadian into a Wildclaw or the other way around but atm looking at my wallet that is in the realm of fiction

Tarn - Yes, I love those combinations as well, and hope to produce them myself eventually! Though an obsidian/lemon male is still number one in my PLEASE GIVE IT TO ME NOW DRAGONS books. I'm going to breed Azucena and Agathodaemon in a few days, but despite them having a VERY limited colour range, I will bet you anything that I'll either get more black/lemons or worst of all black or obsidian with goldenrod. *gags a little*
