If I remember the baby direhorn was more an exploit then the pup cause you had to have those dark whispers first then get summoned to Thunder Isle with time to spare and still be able to tame one and those are still around so I don't think the pups are going anywhere.

I updated the thread title to reflect the hotfix. Sorry to anyone who didn't make it in time. If people get to keep them, which is possible, I'll add them to the retired looks page with the slime.

Awww crap, missed out on it. Here's hoping they add the scorpid to the tameable files soon; I've wanted one ever since Cata haha.

Well I hope we get to keep them, the pup really makes me think of my little girl... besides if it's anything like the direhorn... hopefully so, only the days to come will tell I'm sure.

At least that one's a good possibility, since it looks like a regular (fiery) pet. Hopefully it'll be added somewhere as I really want it too . The pup is far less likely.

If the old spawns are still possible to tame, I still have a warlock logged out in the area. Shot in the dark, but a shot for any last hopers.

To be fair, neither is the green or red maggot pets.

We got to keep them even though they were made untameable rather quickly after found.

Is it still possible to get these? I’m looking at the scorpion pet. I just found out about this, so I have no idea how long it’s been going on. Also both of my toons aren’t level 110 yet (they are between 106-108). I have both horde and alliance toons (one tauren hunter, one worgen hunter).

A little bit salty, especially since the Molten Front Emberspit Scorpions and Firelands share names. Can't we ask our friend to maybe change that model to the same one as in the shaman Firelands scenario?
