I've heard the Ditto = Mew theory (Kinda neat, actually), but never that first one.

... *imagines exactly how many Pokémon would end up as pink blobs*

I fail at this game I hope I can beat it, reminds me of pong.
Actually, gender does matter in this case. If you get a female, any of her offspring will have a chance of inheriting the Dreamworld Ability.

I picked up a leafeon in that game. >.> Hush, I like Chlorophyll. Having extra speed is not a bad thing.

So, I've beaten the elite four and I have my Zekrom, who is Adamant natured and awesome. Now, I find myself wondering what to do now. On one side, I would really like to finish up my pokedex, or at least as much of it as possible. On the other side, I have an idea for a competitive team and I'd like to get started on getting that set up.

For those who are unaware: Tomorrow is a new month (April), which means a new season in Black and White....in this case....it'll be Wintertime.

During Winter, Deerling and Sawsbuck take on their Winter coats, Cubchoo appears around Dragonspiral Tower as does Vanillite, Beartic and Vanillish are catchable in Dragonspiral Tower's double battle grass. Spheal appears in Undella Bay (at the cost of Mantyke), Sealeo and Walrein appear in Undella Bay's special spots (if you Surf on them...Mantine and Mantyke are gone.)

Casteliacones are no longer sold on Tuesdays in Castelia during Winter.

Twist Mountain, Icirrus City, and Route 8/Moor of Icirrus will experience heavy snowfall, allowing you to reach formerly unreachable areas.

In Twist Mountain, Cubchoo becomes the most common Pokemon there. Cryogonal's appearance rate increases from 1% to 5%

In Icirrus, Route 8 and Moor of Icirrus....it will no longer be possible to catch Shelmet or Palpitoad as their puddles will be frozen. You can still surf for Stunfisk and Seismitoad though.

So ya...a lot going on XD

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! Can't wait for Meister's beautiful Winter coat =3 The Autumn 'leafy horns' weren't very flattering, I must admit =)

Going after the Champion in Relic Castle, yes I'm slow going but I don't get that much time to play due to uni work. =3 Picked up an Axew with Rivalry, named him Kawasaki. <3 I can just hear him shouting it as he charges into battle, haha!

Awsome job Ruby :)
I love the names you picked for them, especially the Espeon, sounds very native.

After people talking about Mienfoo, I went and caught one and its now a Mienshao. She is now lv 62, Pink and I named her Mink. She knows Drain punch, U-turn, calm mind and Force palm.
Her team-mates range from lv's 60-65, and leveling them up so much is why i've just now gotten to Opelucid City. Been doing shiny hunting and leveling.

forgot to mention: with Winter time upon us, we can get the TM for Substitute in either Twist Mountain or Icirrus now.

Edit: ok after exploring...here's what can be gotten in Winter:

Twist Mountain: TM 90 (Substitute), Rare Candy, Iron, Metal Coat, and a Stardust/Star Piece (one of those).

The TM is guarded by a trainer that uses a Krokorok, Palpitoad and Klang

to get a glaceon in soulsilver you have to trade it over to a dimound/pearl as an eevee and level it up at an ice rock found in the snowy mountain place, this also goes for a leafeon evolving with the leaf rocks around the areas

Yes, I know, I just wanted one specifically from this game. =)

EDIT: And by this game, I mean the 'Befriend a Pokemon' Breakout-style game on the website, not Black and/or White, to clear up any confusion.

EDIT EDIT: Never mind, I managed to get my Glaceon by essentially 'not playing for points'. If you have an Eeveelution in mind you really want, only collect it's corresponding orbs. Got 8 Glaceon spheres and thusly a Glaceon sphere was presented to me. <3 Didn't think it was probability based. :P

Oi, Espeons out the wazoo for me. Not only did I decide to get the Magic Mirror Espeon from the Dream World... One of my best friends, who chains Shinies in Platinum for a hobby practically, managed to get three male Shiny Eevees tonight, and she's giving me one of them! And as much as I like some of the other Shiny Eeveelutions.. I'm gonna evolve the little guy into an Espeon, just cause I like Espeon and its Shiny form is honestly very pretty and very underrated <3

So.. Yah. Just a little update there XD

That's so cool!

I don't want to toot my own horn, but I used to be fantastic at chaining Shinies back on Pearl =3 I managed to get 8 Shiny Absols, 5 Shiny Bagons (one of which became a Shiny Salamence), and of course, 4 Shiny Eeves! I really wish they would bring the Pokeradar back, it was so much fun!

EDIT: And I agree about the Shiny Espeon, the first Shiny Eevee I got I made sure became a Shiny Espeon, it's by far one of my favourite shinies =D

-pops back into the thread- Hurr hurr, I has questions! I'm going to be getting Pokemon White soon (Hopefully) once I trade in some old games into GameStop for store credits however... I would actually like to get an Action Replay this time with it.

Does anyone have a link to a place I can buy one?
Do they come with the codes or do I have to manually add them?
Are there AR codes to make EV training easier? << >> (Also: Is there one for changing nicknames? Screw you Name Rater!)

I wanted to beat the game fully with no cheats and then pull out an AR for training. I already know you can hack up items and Pokemon. \o/

gamestop sells AR's. There are tons of pre-programmed coeds, and when you fist get an AR, run the update, and then look at the codejunkies list and drag'n drop any games there onto your own list, then drag n'drop to the AR list. then to add codes, add them to your list and then drag n' drop to the AR list and confirm. Its actually pretty simple.
you can find a code for almost anything through a simple google search, not sure for B&W, but Platinum has some AR codes for fast EV training.

I only use an AR on a game after I've beaten it atleast once.
