Going to bed early for once. Had a horrible time sleeping last night, so the sooner I force myself out, hopefully the more sleep I can catch before I get up half way through the night. *shakes fist.* Stupid sleep, y u no liek meh?

I've always thought of the forum as a more PG-13 forum. While mature content doesn't really bother me too much (Roleplayer's Lament can have some -scary- stuff.) I'm not exactly jumping at the bit for the idea. It would most likely involve us having to migrate from the forum, especially depending on how "mature" you want to get, and I'm somewhat opposed to that idea. I mean, at that point, it also is cutting off any new people who might want to join in on the fun.

Okay, so my thoughts.
I would personally enjoy the freedom of being able to explore darker, more mature themes, yes.
... But I *am* worried about this making things uncomfortable for players and outside readers alike, and I guess I'd like to keep things here on petopia too. A thought to also pointing out that leaving things to the imagination of others can often be far more unsettling.
I am *more* than fine keeping things at this tone, where we can get away with suggestiveness. If I want to go explore that darker side, there are plenty of options available. As I suggested to Myri, stories over on DA can be tagged mature for this purpose. Same with FA, if you don't mind using a furry website. Or PMs.
