Ugh, that's horridly unfair.

I guess I can't really offer any advice, but...

Can you talk to your boss about it? Ask for a performance review and prepare a speech about what an invaluable employee you are? Perhaps your employers don't realise that they're pushing out valuable employees by treating the less reliable ones better - in an effort to make them more reliable, granted, but it still makes no sense.
Yeah, I've tried talking to him about it. He basically told me that the only way I would get anything other than the company wide yearly raise is if I had over 75 shoplifter cases a year. I barely pull 20. My strengths lie in researching the fraud cases and scams, but apparently giving the company and police enough information to convince the DA to actually issue a search warrant (almost unheard of in the types of stuff I deal with), and the resulting 2 million dollar case that came from it...along with well over half a million in other fruad, scams, etc. that I've caught so far this year.....just doesn't count.
Either that, or it's because I lack a pair of bewbs....(my boss is a pig and in my industry, at least in my area, females are treated like gold....)...
I just need a new job, and I think out of this field, period.
Wow. Honestly, I'd go over his head. Well, I'm also pretty good at being rash and acting on a whim, so don't take my advice!!! (At least not until you've thought it over.

) But if you've made/saved the company
that much, point it out to him. Put the numbers down on paper. Tell him that, as a general fact, if he doesn't know how to treat valuable employees, those employees will eventually look elsewhere. It's common business sense.

Anyway, like I said, don't take my advice. If he's such an ass, it might mean termination, and no matter that your pay is lower than others', no pay is worse.
Grrrrr, I hate that kind of behaviour. Makes ya wonder how he became the boss at all.

yeah, I'm debating going over his head, however, for the next week I refuse to think about work at all. I am finally on vacation! woo!

The fact that no matter how much I try to convince myself otherwise, I'm a complete noob with computers - or rather everything that has anything to do with electricity.
In an attempt to fix some partitioning stuff on my computer I managed to completely destroy Windows' ability to start up. So here I am, installing everything from scratch.... AGAIN. The only thing that's really bothering me here is that I have to start my WoW ui from scratch once again. Thank god I recently listed all the addons I used here, otherwise I would be completely lost. Oddly enough I don't seem to mind losing all my unfinished drawings and music.. It's not like I'd done anything to the drawings in the past months and the songs can always be downloaded again.

Couldn't you just rewrite the windows bootloader? Or even install something like GRUB or LILO and set them up to instantly boot Windows? Wouldn't that work?
Also, reworking your WoW UI: AWFUL! I had to do that to all my characters recently when somehow all addon data was destroyed. It's not fun to try and make those actionbars fit!

Ohh, you have no idea what I've gone through today to get it to work again. XD Figured the easiest way to fix it would be to redo everything. :P
It's worth noting that right now I only have Linux on this thing. Have just one question.. How the hell do I change my resolution!?
You seriously need to use MSN or Skype. :P
Edit: Don't tell me 1024x768 is the biggest resolution I can get. >.<

Now grinding my gears is that Blizzard suspended my account for no reason at all. I got back online but I did send something to their web support.

i hate the phrase "just get over it". i hate being told it by people, especially by people who know me. people handle things differently and even drama-queens should be able to vent form time to time (but for them not too often hehe). i do my best to keep my depression/BPD under control but when bad stuff happens in my life it can hit me HARD. i wish i had a switch that i could flip to "happy" whenever i am blue but i dont and "just get over it" DOES NOT help me, or anyone else for the matter.

Couldn't agree more, Silva. "Just get over it" isn't bad advice, it's no advice at all. Pointless words.

Blargh.
I hate the fact my "friend" never listens. All he does is
whine at me. He will sit there in messenger or RealID and just bitch, moan, and complain. CONSTANTLY. About EVERYTHING. I say something to him? Ask him a question? He doesn't even ACKNOWLEDGE I've spoken. Just keeps writing on talking over me going "Oh, poor me! I didn't get this group! This PuG annoyed! I hate this! I'm so horny! Wha. Wha. Wha!"
UGH. SHUT UP! Just shut the hell up and listen for ONCE. I am not a goddamn sounding board so you can sit here and complain constantly and expect me to pat your head and go poor baby! I don't mind it once in a while, but I asked you something important
5 times and you just sit there and BABBLE about STUPID things.
Guess what? NO ONE ALWAYS GET THE DROPS THEY WANT!
Pugs? 90% of them are TERRIBLE.
JUST SHUT UP AND QUIT FREAKING WHINING if you're going to offer NOTHING in return or a hint of acknowledgment that I'm a person and not some...ugh, I don't even know what.
I feel like I'm on mute because all you want to do is whine,
whine,
WHINE!
Shut. Up.

Aww Quin.
It sounds to me like you need to sit down abd talk to your friend outside WoW. Is that a possibility?

Poor Quin... Bad friend is bad.
Going to school (which is quite a bit of commuting), only to find out that all your classes for the day are cancelled. Even worse, then find out that the next bus back doesn't leave for another six hours.
You guys are lucky I didn't pop on here until I calmed down, on the bus back. Would have been a very angry Sat. VERY angry. At least have the decency to let us know half the teachers are away. -.-

Chain of events that led me to not being able to go to sleep at all a night or two ago.
Part of it being this flash animation.
Only click and watch if it's dark, and you have all the lights out.

(No not really, is a tad creepy. If you like the creepy, then you can. There's no excessive amounts of anything, it's 13+.)
Normally stuff like that doesn't bother me, and I can enjoy is on an entertainment level, but for some reason... oi. My mind kept creeping to dark thoughts everytime I started drifting off to sleep.
