Pretty much if your just wanting to play the game for the game and not do any competative play against other people, feel free to ignore that stuff. Its not really relevant to the playthrough if your just playing for fun.


And, my team is done!
Kyurem has a ghost hidden power, so I've replaced hail with Psychic, incase I am stuck facing off against a fighting type. Bisharps Torment I replaced with Brick break for now.

Went to test out my team in a random match-up...and got informed that Kyurem cannot participate in a random match...so, going to go create a temporary replacement for him for randoms...yay... just when I think I am done it goes and drags me back again!

Ya Random Wi-fi will not allow Uber Legendaries or Event legendaries

You can use Trio Legendaries ((Kanto Birds, Johto Beasts, Hoenn Golems, Sinnoh Pixies, Unova Musketeers and Kamis))

and Heatran and Cresselia are allowed from what I've seen...mostly Heaty tho.

I got my Eeveelution from the promotion!

Info:

When you go to get your Eeveelution...go to the Promotion page...click the Eeveelution one and click "Submit"

You'll be sent to a forest.

Somewhere on the screen, your pokemon is hiding

Find it and its yours!

HOWEVER! Its NOT in your game yet!

Its on your Friend Board in Dream World.

Go to Dream World the do what you need to to wake your pokemon up...this will bring the Eeveelution to your game!

I've been slowly working on a competitive team for the 5th gen.. And I've come to a bit of a roadblock. I don't know what to use for the last member of the team.

So far the team is..

Ninetales (Shiny <3)

Venomoth (Intended to be Shiny)

Garchomp

Gastrodon

Sharpedo (Dream World. Well, supposed to be. Let's just say that DW Carvanha don't really like me.. XD)


So, I'm trying to find a last team member. One thing I'd really like is something that has blue on it, due to all the others having blue on them (Sharpedo, Garchomp and Shiny Venomoth are all at least mostly blue, the Gastrodon I'll be using will be the blue and green one, and Shiny Ninetales has blue on its tails). Course, this limits my choices greatly. Especially since a lot of blue Pokemon are Water types, and I already have two of those.

So, I'd like a little bit of help on this... I kind of want to avoid a Pokemon with a Ground type weakness (No idea why, but my brain keeps saying to stay away from it. Weird.) and I don't really want to use a Pokemon that has a type that one of the other team members has.

*Looks around at everyone* Now.. Think! Think people, think! I need a Pokemon with blue on it that doesn't multiply types and doesn't add too much to weaknesses my team already has. (And even just a tiny bit of blue works. And Shinies are perfectly fine, as long as they're available in Platinum. .. Why? Cause then I can ask a friend of mine to hunt one down for me XD)

Been there, done that. .. Well, kind of. ... I already have a Porygon2 for my SoulSilver competitive team.. I don't want another ooooone! *flails*

hmmmmmm....I'd say Shiny Nidoking...but Ground weakness....

Bronzong? Can have Ground immunity!

Wow, you know you suck as a Ghost type Master when you completely forget Rotom while going through Ghost types trying to find a blue one... Quite the fail on my part.

Rotom could definitely work.. Ghost type and Electric type, but doesn't have a Ground weakness thanks to its ability...

And I wouldn't mind trying Glaceon either. Hm. Now I have quite a few options.. TIME TO THINK OF WHICH WORKS BEST XD

Also...I'm such a dork that I have Delora right next to Deoxys in my boxes in Black.

On a related note.. I have these little Pokemon Christmas tree ornaments that are little plush chibis.. And I have a little Deoxys one (He's absolutely adorable, by the wa-- .... *Just realized the irony in saying "ABSOLutely" in a sentence about Deoxys* ... XD), and the second I got it, I was like "NEED SHINY ABSOL NOW." ... What can I say.. The RP influences many many things I do now XD
