Hau, I'll see you in school, Double D~
A fun place to chat about hunter pets in the World of Warcraft.

I had a feeling it was. I saw a plushie made of Fennekin in less than 24 hours! o.O It's insane. Pokemon is a huge franchise though, these things will happen when people get excited. We can't really stop it. However, I do agree with you. If someone wants to make a plush and keep it, that's fair enough in my eyes. But if they sell it when Nintendo haven't even had a chance to sell their own products on the games yet... that seems almost unfair. If they'd make plushies of the legendaries and kept them though, or basically just didn't make a profit off of them, that seems fair.Makoes wrote:Yeah, it is. Someone has made plushies of the legendaries for the purpose of auctioning them. They say the money will go towards paying their Premium account on DA and the rest to charity, but still They claim to respect Nintendo and the creators of pokemon, but to me, this doesn't seem like they do at all.
I just feel that the Nintendo/Game freak has the right to release the product first and merchandise first, before fan-made items should be sold. I feel as if they are stealing someone else's hard work without permission for money.
Like you said though.. Its going to happen. Its like MLP plushies. Yes, I know MLP has introduced their own plushies but lets be honest its only the main ones and they kinda suck(or so I've seen). That being said I see people who make Big Mac, Dr Whooves, Derpy, Discord, etc and do commissions for people. It sucks but MLP probably wont ever release plushies of THOSE ponies. With Pokemon, yes the legendaries will be made into plushies but whos going to say what the quality of them is or if they look terrible, then you know there will be Pokemon that people like and those wont be made into plushies at all. I feel quite this way about Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon. Could I get a liscensed plushie of him? Yes. Will I? No, it sucks and its ugly. I'd have it made for me.Snowy wrote:I had a feeling it was. I saw a plushie made of Fennekin in less than 24 hours! o.O It's insane. *offers hugs* Was there a significant reason to why it happened or was the love just no longer there?Melissa wrote:So I just broke up with my boyfriend and decided to share it here because I suck at making friends and have no one to talk to about it right now T_T

They say falling in love is easy....staying in love is the trial.
It's gonna be tough....but know this....you're gonna be okay, hun. It's hard when personalities clash like that....and it's a shame you couldn't find another solution.Melissa wrote:*hugs* Thank youJunrei wrote:*offers hugs* Was there a significant reason to why it happened or was the love just no longer there?Melissa wrote:So I just broke up with my boyfriend and decided to share it here because I suck at making friends and have no one to talk to about it right now T_T

Both of us have some, well, personal issues (I think I shared some of mine when I introduced myself on this site), and in the last few weeks that often bumped into each other's, ending up in a fight... We'd make up later, and everything was fine again, but it just continued to happen...
So last night it happened again, and when we got to the point of making up again we sat down to talk about it. We both agreed that even though we love each other, like, a lot... Going on like this would hurt both of us.
We kinda left each other in peace with that... It's just that I'm having a difficult time accepting it, like, I loved him, a lot, and now it's over...It's tough
Good luck!Spiritbinder wrote:I have a court date this week, I've never been to court before.. It's gonna be all kinds of ugly. Some Reaaaaaly horrible people from work got fired and now are sueing the collage for unfair dissmissal. I've been draged in as a witness, and best part of it is these people hate me too and made my working life hell for the last 7 years. I get so nervous and my stomach knots even thinking I might have to be in the same room as them.
I have a massive meeting with all the big wigs from the company in like 10 minutes and I'm crapping my pants, I'm actually a very little fish in this big company, I really wish it wasn't me. Well I better head over and see how it goes... wish me luck![]()

I don't see people inforceing rule No.2 yet that happens ALL the time. I don't think you should bring this up only for one thing and yet not for others. :/Vissara wrote:GormanGhaste wrote:Moderator wrote:The Rules of Rant Thread:

People dont enforce that as much because in the rant thread it isnt that big a deal. However posting about the forums will get fights started. That being said, no offense but you just contributed to rule number 2.I don't see people inforceing rule No.2 yet that happens ALL the time.
