I also don't feel a lot in that area. 0.o Or, well, at least nowhere near what most others do, at least, I think. Not really sure why. :/
Either way, at least you're going to get the feeling back, Cowmu! :D

Funny, I dont even feel mine being done

- I have a high tolerance for pain.. When I got my tattoo done I actually asked the guy "So are you gunna go?" when he'd been doing it for 10 minutes haha. I get the worse stomach aches though and boy will I turn into a huge pansy.

I don't know wtf is with this I mean I hardly play with myself inside I useally do outside play. I wash EVERYTHING hands/toys etc and I use lube. I make my BF wash all his stuff and where a rubber when we do the dirty. I have had pain for the last few days I just thougt it was from sex. It's not my time of the month aswell that came at the start of the month for some ungodly reason.

So I feel a little awkward asking this, but...
*calms nerves* I'll be visiting my boyfriend in September, and it's probably the only time I'll get to see him in person this year, unless we go back up for the holidays. We're absolutely completely crazy about each other, although the fact that we're both young and perpetually horny has something to do with it too I'd imagine. We got to talking about the trip, and knowing how these sorts of things are important to talk about honestly we had a discussion about the possibility of delicious, delicious sexytimes. While I do like his initiative to touch on the subject and plan ahead, I have a few issues...
1.)I don't have any sort of birth control at the moment, 2.)I'm probably the shyest person on the face of the planet and 3.)by all technical definitions I'm still a virgin(while I do have a toy, it's of the bullet variation. Nom.). The second two really aren't a physical issue - I trust him endlessly, and while I don't expect it to be flawless(or painless come to think of it) I don't really have any problems flying out of my clothes and under the covers with him if the moment presents itself.
The first one, though...
I'll be honest, I don't really trust condoms entirely. I was technically a condom-baby, and worked my evil magic right on through and managed to be born anyway. I'd just like a safety net, I guess, because the last thing I want is..well, I don't want to think about it too much. I just don't know what kind of safety net. Pills? Whirlygigs? Surgery? Sticking trained attack dogs up my ladybits? I don't even know what all of my options are, but I need to get it figured out soon. I have a doctor's appointment coming up so I'm more than likely just going to talk to him about some sort of pill...but I admit the prospect of 'what if it doesn't work' terrifies me to the point of almost wanting to call a no-go on any potential sex entirely, which, frankly, doesn't sound like fun at all.
So, in a nice, linear format. I just need reassurance...birth control pills - how are they? Is it easy to keep up with taking them? They work, right? Any side effects I should look out for? Am I going to die? D:

There are also female condoms. There is nothing wrong with doubling up... ?!?!
Birth control pills can either be wonderful or horrible. It really depends on the person and the specific pill you're taking. Some can't handle them at all.
There is also the option of a more permanent implant you can get under your skin, safely in your arm or back if i remember correctly which also stops you getting pregnant. Which in combination of using a condom should help you feel safe. The best thing to do is buck up some courage and go talk to a female doctor about it.
Good luck

I agree with Makkie here, not all people can take the pills for one reason or another. There can be side-effects, and you can have small bleedings and like headaches in the beginning. The other thing, that I have problems with, is that you can get "less lubricating" during sex... now, if you are still a virgin, and say that you take the pills etc, and then it hurts the first time, maybe you think that it's just the pill. Or the other way, that it should hurt. That is not good for different reasons (not good if you keep taking a "bad" pill, and not good if something other is causing the pain) As I said, I have the problems with getting less lubricant during sex. I still vaguely remember what it was like without the pills, and yes, it was much better (in my case). I don't want to scare you though, if you feel that pills would work for you. My problem is mostly because I have to take pills that remove some of my period-pains (because they hurt like HELL without pills) and that takes out some of the effect on getting lubricating, so to speak.
Now, on to more general stuff: Do you remember to do other regular stuff? I have an alarm set to take the pills at the same time everyday, and I hardly forget to take them. I think I have missed a pill for over 12hrs (after that you have to have extra protection) about... maybe 7-10 times over
seven years so, yeah

If you are not that good at remembering stuff, there are this implant, also suggested by Makkie, but if you have a low pain tolerance or are afraid of needles, that is NOT your first choice

Other than that, atleast in Sweden we have "the-day-after-pills", just pills you take the day after unprotected sex to eliminate the risk of getting pregnant. Kinda like birth control pills, but you only take them when you need to. If you feel that you won't be able to decide until Sep, this might be a choice.
I'm not an expert, but I think I've heard that pills are 99.7% secure, and condoms something like 97-98% secure. You can never be 100% protected because things can always "go wrong" (not saying that getting pregnant is wrong, just that you might not want to be at all times

)
Hope this helps you in some way, can't give you much more info other than b/c pills, because that's the only thing I've tried really

(although I have friends who have tried the implant, and thus know how they insert it, kind of)

You can use a Condom/s and pill

Now personally for me the pill worked now I normally HATE taking pills but they are so small you don't even notice them they are easy to take just take them at the same time every day, like I took mine when the TV show CSI started so I never forgot

I have used both the injection and implate before, sadly my body didn't take to them that well

While the pill only has small side effects my doctor warned me the worse I would get was unusal periods (like a new start and end time, maybe a longer one or shorter.) And maybe feeling a little sick if my body didn't like it

I would advise going to your doctor and talking about it even if your shy! Its their job to inform you about these kinda things so no need to feel shy around them! They will do a blood pressure test to make sure your ok to take it (if not then it was just for me xD)
You just take it the say your period starts and every day after that and your sorted

Your doctor will tell you everything about it and help find a pill that works for your body but you have to take them for 3 months before they change unless you get REALLY sick.
If your scared about ye old preggo-ness feel free to PM me i went though the condom mistake myself and I fully understand why your scared I myself still am but I know if the mistake happens agian I won't be alone (stupid ex's D:<)

Another valid topic, albeit possibly scary to bring to the table is getting tested for STD's. While the day after pill is excellent for its intended use, it is not a means of avoiding nasty diseases.

Yes, they always test your blood pressure, and I also check my weight when I go to renew my prescription, so not just you
And agree with Makkie (again

) the pills don't protect you from any kind of disease, I continue to use them because I know that we don't have any, and I only have one partner.

Yeah ALLWAYS use a condom. Don't get me on how many silly girls I know who got something nasty cos they where on the pill and did not use a rubber. Even if you both have been checked for STDS and are clean still use them! Unless your allergic to them like some people are then there should not be a problem.

Thanks for the honest advice, guys. :) I didn't even consider that it might actually have some adverse effects, although you'd think I'd know since I took an antidepressant that killed and ate my libido for the better part of a year.
Mom and I were talking about getting me on a pill of some sort for years since my periods are pretty unbearable. My only concern with the pill is that my sleep schedule is sorta wacky - some days I'm up at 9 AM, some days I sleep in until like 2 PM. :l So taking it in the morning wouldn't always be practical, unless I dig up the loudest, noisiest alarm clock I own and hope I don't sleep through it. Another option is having dad wake me up when he wakes up the kids for school around 6 or 7 AM...mom said that I could always take it later in the day as long as I took it at roughly the same time every day, but a part of me feels that makes it a little less effective. x_x
Doubling up is definitely what I'm intending here - I might not trust condoms very much but that doesn't mean I'm going to leave them out of the equation entirely. :P

I think later in the day might be easier. It's just as effective, regardless of when you take it. It doesn't work that way. :P
