I would have no problem making Saamid and Jexid related, that sounds neat to me! I plan on roleplaying Jex quite a bit. And wow, I didn't really notice until now how similar they are. I hadn't really noticed Saamid's coloration since I mostly just noticed his white mask.

Woo new pets. Played for an hour or so after school, and I basically just ran around and tamed what I could find. I'm not terribly fond of the taming system, but at least they're all with me all the time. Of course, Kash isn't moving from the main slot.



Can't move that lizard. He's like a sumo wrestler.



The jellyfish is one of those pets that's a little too weird for me. I just can't wrap my mind around having a tame jellyfish. I suspect the poor thing won't be getting much attention from me, but it *is* pretty.



Now this dog, this dog I can see getting attention. I love the Drakehounds. They run like deer, all long-legged and skinny. Named mine Cabal and he's sticking around in slot 2, even if I have no real use for him.



I love how intense and grim Asura look while fighting.

Golem does not seem to care what Jex is all wound up over. I hadn't noticed how much of the hyena's hide is bare skin until I looked closely, really interesting detail. They look like they have a bad case of mange. Makes them look very war-torn!



Tayo the fabulous red moa. I didn't like the red ones much until I saw them in-game. Now he's a favorite and is only just behind Kash. Such a great bird.



While venturing out to tame pets in the Norn areas, I realized just how right Veph was when she mentioned how beautiful the Norn places were, way back when on page 1 or 2 of this thread. It's beautiful! And for once, Kash decided to pose.

And lastly, I opened a Black Lion Chest and got some animal elixir things. The first one turned me into a naga-thing, which was fun. Their idle pose is hilarious. "Ladiessss."

I haven't played GW2 since MoP came out. Not for lack of interest, I'm just currently more invested in WoW, but I'll definitely get back to it (eventually). I do miss taking screenshots.

Moonlost was wonderful and helped me through a higher level zone to get this guy. Feverdream is by far my favorite pet (sorry Kash). He's so weird and wrinkly and ugly, I love him. Jex also has better IC reasons to have Fever around; he's so disease-riddled that he really should be dead, so Jex gets to research why he isn't and how he uses the diseases to his advantage. He wants to link it to Eternal Alchemy somehow. Kash is now his lab guardian. OOC, Fever is just fabulous. He's as tough as nails!



He's also sweet. Look at how sweet he is.



Aaand more pretty.

I think that's a great RP way of bringing Fever into your character's life.

I'm just going to spam you guys with screenshots for the rest of time, 'kay? It's more fun than doing homework. I graduate in eight weeks, I can just not do any work until then, right?



Anyway, new(ish) character, Lidra Redowl the Norn Elementalist. I don't usually like skimpy armor but I thought the outfit Norn were given was really quite nice. I'm also a huge fan of their tattoos. Having trouble getting the hang of the class, though; there are so many abilities! I recently realized that I need to unlock all my abilities for every element for both underwater and on land fighting, too. Aghhh. Fun class, though, despite the agonizingly slow process of unlocking abilities. I just hope I never switch weapons.



I realized I wasn't really playing Kreva anymore and had no intention to, so I finally built up the courage to delete her and replace her with Kasha Frightfang, an Engineer. I like Kasha's design a lot more, and the class is interesting.

Setting up the graphics slightly really made this quest a lot more epic. Such an impressive scene, even if the boss itself is lackluster.



The Charr run is just adorable.

Sounds good to me!

So I knew about this elementalist glitch where if you use glyph of elemental harmony underwater but go above water before it casts, you are stuck glowing until you enter combat again.



Found out it works for more than elementalists. Other profession heals can have the same effect.

It also works with other spell effects. Any of the necromancer staff moves can be placed above water then quickly jump in and your staff keeps the shadow scythe while sheathed.

Other people can see these effects, btw. I'll have to play around with my other characters to see what effects I can get to stick.

Oh that's neat! I love the scythe effect on necro staves. ^_^

I did not think it possible, but Saamid looks even more awesome now. >:D

side note: how do you make the UI disappear for screen shots? I was trying to take some last night but couldn't figure it out.

That skeleton looking mouse of yours Wassa scares me. Its like Mickey Mouse was killed and raised from the dead in some type of Crow-like vengeance plot.

Royi, you can find the option in your settings. T'is a keybinding. I forget what it's set to by default, though. x.x

Anyway, one more character to show off.



I decided I wanted to try a Mesmer more than I wanted to roll another warrior, so I went through the different race options... and decided I absolutely HATED the masks on all races except Charr. The Charr angry mask, though, I loved. Which left me in the awkward position of making a Charr Mesmer, which is a very strange and out of place combination. I ended up with Virris Palemaw, a very malicious fellow.



Also very easily distracted, apparently. He wouldn't stop looking around for a second. He's apparently a very restless guy. "Grrr- leaf!"



I adore the Fanged Terror mask. It's gorgeously detailed, and such a cool shape. The options for dying it are great, too. I'm so 'mogging all his upgrades back into it.



Admittedly I'm pretty happy with his appearance under the mask, too. Hopefully I like the class because I really like how Virris turned out.

Thanks Lupis, Will check that out My ranger got a Pirate Hat from Fire Elemental yesterday. Definitely recommend the pirate hat.

Saamid sets the standard for awesomeness, and no one can be more awesome than him. Truth.

That's definitely the most umm... unique comment I've gotten about Saamid, hehe. Most people just say he's creepy or that he looks like a cartoon villain if they are scared of him.

And you should be scared of him!

Normally I would post a scary picture of him but Saamid is currently in his own world right now being puzzled by this creature.
