Yeah, I don't mind hacked pokemon. I'm getting myself an AR so I can breed certain pokemon for my teams as shinies, but thats it. It's just since these ones are level 100 with maxed everything, theres nothing I can do with them. xD If they were lower level then I would keep em and train them up, but now they are just rotting.

I have recently gotten readdicted to Pokemon myself. I hadn't played since Red and Blue, until several years ago when I got a DSLite and Pokemon Pearl. Even then, I never really got into the game until recently. And OH MAN. Have I missed out on a lot. I have gotten completely addicted, spending a lot of my time working through Pearl, playing the dream world on White , and transferring the legendary Pokemon from a used version of Heart Gold onto Pearl. I have become obsessed.

And Makoes. Luxray are awesome. I <3 my Luxray XD

I'm just curious... I'm still tempted to get an AR since everyone seems to have one and it may help with team building. I'm just so afraid I'll break my White version. I've heard that AR can indeed break it, so for anyone that has it, can you confirm that it's safe and/or bad codes? XD

Yup, you can eff up your game real bad if you're not careful with your codes. I had a friend who fried his white by using bad AR codes. His screen gets stuck on the season, freezes, beeps, and you can't do anything at all. Hence why if I get an AR, I'll use it on games I'm not to partial about.

And doing normal happy things with hacked pokemon is probably a bad idea. I likely wouldn't breed my shiny bravairy that was hacked, for example.

In reguards to AR's. The AR's come pre-coded with a number of cheats that I've never found to cause any issues with the games. Its only when you start adding user-made codes that you gain the risk of causing issues. For the most part, I only ever use codes that have recieved good ratings, and avoid those with poor or no ratings. (for black/white, a default code on the AR for modifying encountered pokemon, it does have a warning NOT to breed pokemon obtained through that code, to do so CAN cause the game to suffer, but just using the pokemon through normal game play they are fine), however, just using a 'shiny' code on its own, the pokemon encountered are perfectly fine and can easily be breed, same with 'nature' codes and 'gender' codes. When using a new code, its best to test them out one at a time instead of trying several at once. And some codes dont stack well, they either dont work or they glitch things, though since I am so picky about which codes I use, I've never screwed my game up.

In my SoulSilver game I've gotten 14 badges and am headed to seek out Blain for his badge, then on to kick Blue's arse and eventually get my Suicune.

So far for my "Never used" list I've Got:

Dunsparse
Ditto
???
???
???
???

Smogem way of grouping things together I find rather odd, and hard to fathom. Quite a few pokemon in thier "NU" I've meet a bunch on wi-fi.

I did assume the codes that came with the AR are tested and do work, but I could see how user created codes could screw things up. I'm mainly looking for it to hack event pokemon and use a small EXP booster. I rarely breed Pokemon unless I have to. If anyone can point me to one that's good, that'd be great. (Although I assume they don't work on the 3DS yet.)

Hey guys I just found a whole bunch of really good Pokemon model sheets (was looking for a certain one for a animation I'm doing  Adventrue time style) and I'll be putting them up in the Fan Art & Creative Writing resource thread in the fan art forums here later today/tomorrow kinda busy atm.
Just posting this here as well it's the pokemon thread! Modelsheets/Turn arounds or what ever you call them (there the same thing) are far better than screenshots etc for refrence so I'm sure some people will find them usefull!

The AR comes with EXP boost cheats, event pokemon codes are a dime a dozen, so you should have no trouble finding what your looking for. The AR for the dsi works on the 3DS, though I dont think theres one for 3D games yet (then again I havent looked since I only have one 3DS game...)

Here's the link to the Resource thread that Cow mentioned :P

I've been using the AR to create custom pokemon and inject extremely long strings of code into the game for the last 4 and a half years, never once has my data become corrupted or have I experienced any adverse effects, (but I have broken 2 Action Replays, the older versions are extremely flimsy and it's easy for you to brick them.) I'm more worried about accidentally breaking my AR. I'm an extremely cautious person, and yet i'm not even the slightest bit concerned about damaging my B/W data - that's because unless I do something completely weird/stupid/reckless (I can't even think of anything stupid enough to do it, btw) then chances of it happening are practically nil.

The codes I inject are six to eight times longer, and still no problems:

Box 1, 1 (Ninetales) (Press L + R)
94000130 FCFF0000 E221BFAC 00000088 8B34052A F61D0000 374302F2 C70F2999 9F4478B2 2A67C469 B63B157D A8E1D5BC 6DB69E24 9104628A 1A843C2C 7DC7AFD3 A00FA5D0 D0041360 BEA1BC17 EFA76810 6D32B5A1 29156DF4 57E102E0 4F997A0C DE9031AE A9C8DFAC 6C336357 80E4E9CB 25AACB8D 522A345D E3A8B908 92FE8AD1 6589F9F4 E03ED32F 47C5D096 191DD60B 6219F472 7D7706AF D2000000 00000000

You wouldn't even know it's hacked unless I told you.

Well so long as the DSi one works for the 3DS (I have a DS Lite if it doesn't) and it doesn't break my White game, I'm totally sold. XD

I assume this may be the one I'm looking for?

That looks like the one i'm using with Pokemon Black on my 3DS, it's way nicer than the ones made for DS/DSLite.

It will only corrupt data if you:
- Use the walk through wall cheat for hours and hours (without saving/turning off.)
- Step on a bunch of bad tiles with walk through wall active, or
- If you use a ton of wild pokemon modifier codes at a time (and then proceed to breed them.. frequently...) xD

Depends what you want to do with it I suppose, you could probably do all of that and it still wouldn't crash or corrupt the data. People who experience the problems are generally negligent and disregard any/all warnings, probably using half a dozen wild modifier codes, catching 2 boxes full, and then churning out eggs in the daycare - the pokemon's PID wouldn't be set right for doing that kind of stuff ... and they do it daily.

Not sure if anyone here is familiar with "Watership Down" but for fun I made a Sprite using the "water rabbit pokemon"

Had another awesome find on the GTS Negotiations! After about two hours of failed trades, I managed to find someone who wanted my level 38 Latias in exchange for their level 70 adamant female Luxray.

Luxray is in my top 10 for most wanted shinies so I am very very happy. Her nickname is in Japanese so I'm not sure what it means. That just means I have to think of my own to call her. :D

Do you guys happen to have any interesting VS. Recorder videos saved from Random Wi-Fi matches?

well, I got all the badges in Soulsilver, and once again have reached that point where...I dont have anything left to do. i'be beaten all the trainers, caught the legendaries, beaten the elite...I could just run around and catch pokemon to fill the dex...but its almost pointless to catch so many when I know they'll just sit in boxes unused and will eventually get deleted when I reset the game...I hate beating the storylines in games...

I've done that in my game as well....I don' mine trying to get every Pokemon, it gives me a goal (which, I've found is a lot harder then it looks) to do.
