Karzix would probably do something stupid if you got him angry enough.
I actually haven't had much bad stuff happen to my characters in the RP other than Glix being captured. Though I doubt I'd have the heart to kill them off. They're far too much fun to roleplay.
Seren. I will be very sad if Swift dies. :[

>_> Silver haired Draenei could work just as well as Myri XD. I do want Myri in Sen's hands again at some point though. Poor Myri, but she's fun to torture.
It was just a thought Kam, I don't think I could bring myself to do it.

Ha, if people wigged out when Azu died, imagine what would happen if Swift died!
The forums would BREAK from the sheer grief and rage.

>_> That alone Azu, is enough to make me not kill him. I think I'd get hate mail til the end of my days.

Can you imagine it? You'd get people who don't even know who Swift IS pestering you!

I know everyone here loved Swift, but I don't think his popularity spread all that much >_>
If that's the case I'm hugely flattered.
*hugs Swift*
*gets burned* Ow.

If I could ever make an NPC in WoW, I seriously want it to be the general WoW RP group here. Just wandering around somewhere and saying random lines from the RP. That'd be so cool. ><

Yeah, but that'd mean you have to kill Azu if you want a Kozri-mount!
And In-game Azu is not letting her bronze drake go!

Any chance I could get a summary of events since I was last online?

We attacked the Exodar camp to great success!! Tirrae probably took the brunt of the injuries and Rose and Decay sabotaged a good chunk of the Orgrimmar camp. They're currently recuperating in Exodar.

Now that I'm back from work I have the time to type what I wanted to say after reading all of the earlier discussion. I'll start off by saying I know I'm in the minority in this, but I figure I'll throw my cards out on the table anyway.
I personally dislike the constant need it feels like we have to be consistently fighting all the time. I'm not saying the whole RP should be nothing but down time because too much down time is down right boring (and obviously the goal of FotC is to destroy the Cult or be destroyed by it). I just feel...bored? tired?...of feeling like we have to keep jumping fight to fight to fight to fight. For me, unless you're Indi or Zaruuk or something, fighting serves little to actually develop characters and, for the most part, doesn't really cement any sort of friendship ties or anything.
Like I said, I don't think we should stop the fighting entirely as that would be counter-productive to the RP (and the adventurers are in a rather prone position right now to a surprise retaliation). I just...I don't know...feel like perhaps there's something more creative we could come up with for them to do in down time (as in, we don't just have to be sitting somewhere resting or whatever while everyone gets bored because we've dragged it on too long).
The other thing I like about having a nice balance between fighting and not fighting is it's a good opportunity for people who may have to go places or can't be around for battles or something to not have to worry that they're missing anything. Tangent side stories could be occurring for people still around that a busy/missing/etc person or two wouldn't have to be concerned with their characters missing.
I feel like a little bit of a whore for what I did with Indi, but at the same time, I would love to see more stuff like that from other people. We are, after all, writing a story together and I personally love reading into stuff that really gets into the nitty gritty of characters.
This is just my two cents, and I respect the people who are gun-ho on the action. I just thought I would throw my thoughts out there from a little bit of a differing perspective. I feel that there are multiple avenues we could be exploring (one example being Rose and Decay's side mission for Camp Durotar's sabotage).

Agreed Tyger. Would love to see some side stories crop up here and there between party members. Really get inside their heads and present a few moral dilemas.
I guess the reason for the current attack-rest-attack thing we have going on is, well, that stuff is quite easy to pull off without advanced planning. As well as, you know, the whole fate of the world on this group's shoulders thing.
I have a few ideas I'm waiting for the right opportunity to launch into myself.

My only beef with the attack-rest-attack thing is that it's feeling a little repetitive, I think part of that has to do with it all feeling the same now. Maybe if we spiced it up or something it would feel a little more interesting, but it feels like we keep doing the same thing. Someone gets caught at the camp, gets tortured, and then the rest of the group and runs in and saves them by the skin of their teeth.
Rose and Decay's little plan felt fun to me and even the use of the distraction portals to try and throw the camp off was neat, although I think the attack following it came a little too slowly, but that's the way the dice roll.
Anyway, I've laid my thoughts out so that's that.
I've been debating on doing a follow up post of Indi's training since I've had some ideas about her learning process.
Edit: I'm heading to bed. I'm off tomorrow and Wednesday so I'll try to get a post for AtitU out tomorrow that way the people waiting on Myrrh aren't totally effed over.

I'm perfectly happy with them having a bit of a rest from attacks. Time to plan and think and be normal people for a bit. Any Cult plans can go on hold. I was only planning it so quickly because it was requested.
As the Cult, they're going to resurge and change quickly, because they have a very large following and an overall pretty organized leadership. I keep feeling like they're being OP, but considering that it's the giant Cult vs. a few random adventurers... It's hard not to be. Sure, in-game you can do that kind of thing. In-game ten people can take out the Lich King, though.
So... I'm rambling. >.> But the head-on attacks are probably going to just wear out the adventurers, while the Cult can quickly repair and move on, getting stronger. More plans like the Rose/Decay one would do a lot better - despite the fact that they got reinforcements, the Cult still lost a lot of members to that.
And, that last point had nothing to do with what I started this post to talk about!
I liek character development!
We shud do moar!

Okay. So that's the thing. What do people have in mind? I only suggested Dalinda cropping up once more to mess with folks because everything hit the "One post per day" cycle. It wasn't just slow, it had pretty much stopped. We had that problem in Booty Bay as well, in my mind. There was a -lot- of "now what?" moments. The only practical thing I could suggest for Koz for developement off the top of my head right now is he wouldn't mind going to the Caverns at some point, just to prove to his Flight that he's still around and making his way just fine in the world.
