Bit of a wall of text this time, so apologies for that. Today on the merriest of holidays, I have both success and failure. Two of my breeding pairs yielded what I wanted;


The first one I TECHNICALLY already had because I bought an auction with the exact colors I wanted, but the dummy in me wanted to breed one that was specifically born in my lair. Plus, I was cheap and didn't want to buy a rename scroll, so I got my own to name lol. The second one I messed up on; I wanted it to be a LIGHT Mirror with Chorus/Choir/Soap, but in my haste, I saw the first White/White/Grapefruit and immediately said "we ball". I didn't even think to look at the eye color, so that's my 1200 gems wasted on the wrong dragon lol. Fortunately, I have enough gems to buy another dragon and convert it into a mirror for quicker breeding times;


Because of the colors of both my hatchling and the one I bought, I will always get white/white/-- as the colors, chorus/choir/soap as the genes, and a 50/50 chance at the light element. My tertiary color will only fluctuate between Grapefruit, Banana, Sanddollar, and Flaxen. The odds are spectacularly high for me to get the color combo AND genes I want for no additional cost this time. Outside of my shenanigans with mirrors and failing gene therapy, I got a few neat fodder hatchlings.

Just to make sure, the eye colour will always be the element of your lair regardless of what element the dragons are. In case you are hoping for them to get yellow eyes instead of green. A lot of people wish for an option to change the element of a nest though and, failing that, I'm sure someone here will be willing to host a Light nest for you!
All that aside, congrats on getting what you were looking for, and wish you the best of luck getting what you want! Cute hatchlings too, coal sailfish/marlin is surprisingly pretty. And congrats on the primal!

Hold up, I'm only just now learning about the eye color/element thing. No wonder most of my dragons had green eyes. Man, Flight Rising has so many stupid limitations lol. I'll have to pester someone with a light nest next year then lol. Thanks for the warning!
