So in my efforts to make a specific color combo, I had ended up with two breeding pairs. Both had somewhat decent odds to make the combo I wanted, but I still have yet to reach my goal. However, I managed to breed two breedable hatchlings that are ABSURDLY close to what I want;



The gene combo I want is Orca/Blue/Sky. With the above duo, my chances are now crazy high. The primary will be either orca or platinum, the secondary is guaranteed blue, and the tertiary will be either sky or splash. This means I now have a 25% chance to make the right color combo. Shame I have to wait until May 30th to breed them, but this is a nice thing to see today.

EDIT: Miscounted. There's also a Cornflower color in the tertiary pool, so it's a 1/6 chance. Still better than my other pairs, who are 1/20 and 1/12. It's still progress!
