I don't know if it's been mentioned or discussed in other pages in this topic, because I'm too lazy to look, but, How about them Tiger mounts the Shado-Pan guys use?

Do you guys think it will be available as a reputation mount or simply for NPCs only?

It's too great of an art piece to let it be just an NPC thing. I can totaly see it as Shado-Pan exalted reward.

I am going to guess that this is the skin that is going to be used for the quilen mount considering the file name "quilenmountflying01" while "quilenmountflying02" seems to be the armor. Some of the texture does not seem to be graphed correctly (such as the red ropes on the eyebrows) and parts of it are see through but I love the colors of the quilen (especially the green) but i wonder if they will slap a pair of wings on it. Feathered wings seem a bit silly considering that it is using a stone type skin instead of the organic ones(although that has not stopped them from using it on the stone panthers so far).




EDIT- also noticed that there is now texture for the Siberian tiger mounts. The red tiger has green armor, the orange tiger has purple armor and the green tiger has red armor. The skin texture and the armor texture are separate so I can not get a screen shot of them with the armor on yet. I am just going by the file names.

Good lord... Is there no end to the mounts in this expansion?! (But I'm not complaining, it'll keep me hellishly busy!)

So to get access to panda mounts, basically you would just have to either Powerlevel a Panda to 40, or grind up Panda rep with a Panda Tabard? (assuming there are Pandaren Tabards like the other factions)

Right now (be warned) apparently the ONLY turtle mount vendor is in Stormwind.

So if you're Horde and want one you can't just go there and buy one. I'm hoping this BoA thing is true so my poor Horde panda can actually have the right mount.

See, 90% of my characters are Alliance, so in the beta I'm playing Horde so I don't spoil the story for myself but can still test out things.

It was just annoying to be all 'YAY NEW TURTLES' and then be all 'baww but not for meeee'.

I think Garrosh is just being a butt about the import and quarantine fees.

Seems as though the MoP Collector's Edition mount is going to be called an 'Imperial Quilen'. I'm super duper happy about that thus far, since I personally never really fancied a quilen for a hunter pet, but as a mount I think they would look great. The MoP Collector's Edition pet is also a quilen called 'Lucky Quilen Cub'. I hope it looks cute and not derpugly like the Winged Guardian cub.

Saw the tooltip for the Imperial Quilen on Wowhead and since right now its listed as having a flying buff a part of me is really hoping it doesn't come with wings and can "run" through the air like the Headless Horseman's Mount. While another part is saying if they do give it wings please don't let them leave a trail like the Winged Guardian Mount.

I wouldn't mind a not-really-wings thing on him, like tyrael's charger's 'fins' (just not that huge plz) that would appear only when he's airbound.
