I used gimp! In the filters there is a option called Edge-Detect, click it and anther menu pops up. Laplace is the sketchy look that's doing it.
First you get your screen shot from WMV, pop it into gimp and use the Laplace filter. Save it under a different name so that is dose not over write the screen shot. (don re-size it just yet either)
Then pop the screenie in, and drag the filtered one on top of it. If you never re-sized either picture they should aline easily. Save it again then open then sketchy looking shot and do what ever you wish with it.

Looks lovely Qinni! Keep in mind the 300px height limit though, you'll have to shrink it a tad.
