Just finished reading Angelfall by Susan Ee. This book rocked my word! Ermahgwad! It was so good! *fangirl sigh*
Beginning an ARC of Not A Drop To Drink by Mindy McGinnis that I won through a giveaway on Goodreads.com. Looks promising.
Also reading Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Zombies by Matt Mogk. A super fun and easy read to get me through another Walking Dead season hiatus. A+ for me.

Michael Kirby: A private life.
What an interesting man and an infulential High Court judge he has been. I had no idea he was gay either so that was a nice surprise and that his experience with sexual discrimination influenced some of the most high profile cases in Australia

I started reading Carrie by Stephen King. Going to start reading Ender's Game soon in preparation for the movie. Going to see Carrie before I finish the book (probably see it Tuesday night) and going to see Ender's Game Thursday night

(Yay for working at a movie theater! Can't beat free movies!)

Ender's Game is such a classic, but I only read it recently. I want to read Speaker for the Dead in the same universe.
Currently reading Mieville's King Rat, a retelling of a fairy tale in modern London. His first novel, but somehow I saved it for last (except for Un Lun Dun, haven't read that one either).
Just finished Eifelheim, a first-contact novel that takes place in medieval Europe. I liked the aliens!
About to start Ahmed's Throne of the Crescent Moon.
Nahale, I enjoyed the first Locke novel, but didn't like the second one as well. And I dislike the antagonist in the series. Let me know what you think of the third one!

I'm currently rereading the first book in Neal Shusterman's dystopian trilogy, Unwind. I then plan to follow up immediately with the next two books in the series, Unwholly and Unsouled, both of which I have yet to read.

I just finished Enders Game, speaker for the dead and the 13th book in the wheel of time. I really enjoyed all three and have passed on the Ender books to my sister so we will be ready for the movie. (so glad I have gotten her interested in books at long last!)
spent all my birthday money on books so now I'm out of things to read. looking through the comments, I will have my work cut out for me when I hit the bookstore again.

I've just been rereading all my Tamora Pierce books again.
...Sometimes it's frightening how much I can relate to Alanna.

I've been having the itch to read her again too XD Thanks for feeding the flame. Have to say, Kel is my favorite character.

I actually didn't get to read anything of Kel's until this year! I rather like her, but there's not the same kind of connection I have with Alanna. (Or Daine, or Aly.)
Beka, however, I am finding very interesting...

Currently reading Hartman's Seraphina. Self-possessed young female protagonist. Peace treaty between humans and dragons, uneasy still though the war ended 40 years ago. Like in Azeroth, dragons can take a human form if they wish. Also a small intelligent draconoid race. I just love the dragons and am really enjoying the book.

I just finished up Vicious.
Loved the characters, however, the author is typically a comic book writer and I believe this was his first attempt at a full-blown novel. The pacing was a little off, but overall I liked it and would recommend it to anyone who likes action. The main character, Vincent Vale, is especially interesting. He's conniving and ruthless, my favorite archetype.

Ah man I feel really bad for only putting graphic novels in this thread

I just can't read novels :/ I mean the last full novel I read was Jurassic park a few years back XD I did not even finish The lost world! I'm so bad at novel reading so I stick to ones with pictures :X
But in saying that I'm reading Soul eater right now and it's pretty good.
