Very new here. But i have been a long time reader of the forums & extensively use the site. Saw this thread and found it somewhat interesting. Never posted here, so hope this works.

1. You're not old. I'm really young. So quite a few references just 'whoosh' right over my head. Being fifteen kind of kills your knowledge of references.
2. Pink Floyd! Oh! I have some of their songs on my iPod, I believe.

Actually, it's not a poster, it's a silk flag they flew during their A Momentary Lapse of Reason concert tour, and it's a flag OF the A Momentary Lapse of Reason album art (the reason I own it is a long story, but it's also my favorite album by Pink Floyd):
