How do we even save up for a skydancer if we can't play....:C

they first released a week after the downtime .. thats how i read it

This " Care Package" better be good. Last time the money part of mine bugged out and I missed it ;_;

Although I believe that the extended downtime will be good for the site overall, I wish it hadn't happened when my special breeds where about to breed...I've got deals ridding on the results of those breedings. Ah well, I wonder whats in the care packages...Hopefully lots of goodies for the extended down time!
Also give me time to hit up the list and see about doing one of those Favourite dragonès from everyones lair.

Would be awesome if the new dragon was in the care package ...one can dream? D:

*Screams and hits head against various objects* MY DRAGONS. x.x At the very least, the Skydancers will be released and hopefully I'll be able to snag a scroll. But this downtime is going to kill me. I need my dragons. ;_;

30K? The site will have been down a week, right? So, to compensate all the money I lost in that time it should be closer to 500K as I now pretty much max out my lucky streak each day. Plus another 100K as recompense for the forced lair expansion I will have to purchase so all the babies I will have hatching in one go can fit, since I didn't have the chance to sell any of the previous ones. I generally plan my breedings quite carefully so that I have space left for them all.

I also DON'T like that all my special breeds will be ready to breed right away. Everyone else's will be ready too, and the market will be completely over-flooded, at a time when a new breed comes out and everyone will be obsessed with that one.

But I suspect the care package will be like 5K.

I am glad they are doing the migration at the same time, but I had hoped they'd have moved that migration forward. Not just extended this to the actual planned migration...

I wish I wasn't so disenchanted with WoW right now and with nothing else to play, or I'd likely just give up on FR. I feel bad for the admins, as I know they're doing their best, and it's not their fault some jerk or jerks decided to make life unpleasant for everyone with their greed. But I still don't feel like a terribly valued customer, and I am so glad I resisted the urge to use real life money on the site.

Welp, I think I saw this coming.

All in all I'm just glad they're hunkering down and hopefully getting all the kinks worked out during maintenance and migration. I miss my dragons, but I have other things to do. I dunno, I don't feel all that bothered. I'm looking forward to a more functional site after all this and I'm really excited about Skydancers.

I'm just sad I'll have to wait so long to get Aela the rest of the payment for my lil Spiral girl (she'll be all grown up by the time I get her ;^;).

I kind of wish they'd just like... pause the times? Because now almost all my dragons will be able to breed, and I won't have gotten them their genes or breed changes. If I breed them, I'm basically just creating exalt fodder, even if they're gened or rare. I'm not going to bother breeding most of them until I have all their scrolls, even though they can. At the least, I'm going to breed change them. It's frustrating to know that a lot of my dragons will be off cooldown, though. Really frustrating.

Well, I planned to spend the rest of the downtime working on a little profile buddy, but it's not exactly going to take a week and I sort of finished it in a night anyway. >.>

Oh well. Made a little Vern page buddy. I might try selling them, but it's not exactly a unique product seeing as there are many, many talented artists doing the same thing on FR!

I don't think I'm going to have enough lair space for BOTH nests I've got cooking at once. @_@ but I'll figure it out.

Maybe I'll just exalt Pyriel, though I hate doing it. Still, no one apparently wants a red mirror and she fits the least into my color plans.

I think I'm just going to sit on what I have until awhile after skydancers come out. Between them and the new tertiaries...I have -more- than enough to scrimp for.

How much will the new dragon cost? How much am I going to have to try to scrimp together?
