Oh Wow Nub, the ponies are awesome! I think that was my favorite show when I was little. And I had so many of the damn toys....ahh those were the good ol' days If you do a horde pony I would like to buy an alliance pony.

@Vulpixen; Whenever you decide what you'd like, throw some reference pictures at me and I'd be more than happy to try. :) In the case of a You pony, just tell me what you think represents you - favorite colors, hairstyles, hobbies, whatever. If you want a certain mark *points at pony rump* let me know as well, otherwise I'll just make it up going by what you say your hobbies are. :P

@Vephriel + Serendipity; Since you both mentioned Faction ponies, replying to both of you here. :P I am working on a Horde pony, and a sweet little Alliance pony worked his way into the picture as well. It's a little more Horde-favored though and in the interest of fairness, I'll most likely end up doing two more pictures - one more Alliance-favored and one where they're equal(and possibly buddies!).

Oh and also - yeah, I have a ton of the toys. I hated the shows up until this particular one - Friendship is Magic is marketed towards little girls, but the gal who made it said she wanted it to be fun to watch for all genders and ages. It is. :] There are so many references to things(there's a Doctor Who pony named Doctor Whooves who is completely canon - his insertion into the show was fully intended rather than a 'oh he just looks similar') and the fanbase is generally wonderful. I caught up on all of the episodes over the past few days and I'm anxiously awaiting the next one. >:

Slooow progress is slooooow. Ignore my scribbly sketch layer, please! It's very clearly a work in progress...I'll probably change it to something lighter so it's easier on the eyes. xD

I have more ponies, but I need to scan them in. ;P

Edit: About mister Alliance pony...I wasn't really sure what to give him, so he's getting a cloak unless I can come up with something nicer. :(

I took a break from ponies - I have most of what I need done, they just need to be scanned in and colored.

I ended up having a very in depth, touching conversation with my close friend of the male persuasionboyfriend eeeeee while I was drawing so I had an open Paint file and just scribbled. Sorry Veeks.



Oh, she's a bomb technician. She blows things up for a living. Torque the Bomb-Sniffing Boar makes a reappearance!

Hmm; that's pretty good for scribbles!

Also, something about Torque makes me smile. Maybe it's the look on his face ->

Pony-you is among them, Vul, but I don't really like the way it looks right now* so I'm going to redo it on Paint like the others instead of messing with the sketch. :( I'm sorry it's taking so long!

There was a 'living' version of the tattoo you mentioned to me flying above her, but I scrapped it because it was terrible. I'm not sure how any of this is steampunk, but she does have off-colored vulpix tails in her hat...and a corgi on her butt.

SO out of practice with GIMP. This was going to be a quick and simple reference for Cygnet here but nooo, had to slap a cheap BG on it and shade it. I'm still not really happy with his colors or mark, they seem way too simple.
