Umm I tamed Araga no problem awhile ended up not keeping her as we didnt have that same click as we used but I have no problems whatsoever taming her. Her kittens will be fine, she respawns pretty fast a few hours without a mommy is a ok. And .. they are.. kinda ugly.. like.. ugly.. poor things.. but noone is going to eat them, so tame away!

I'm weird because I wouldnt tame her now.. I have issues with killing children/parents with children/cute things/things that look helpless. I'm weird I accept it but I like Araga's little kittens they just need their Mommy to love them <3

Funny thing is though, Araga isn't *always* up to be watching them anyway--she's a rare spawn not a regular mob.

here's an idea....

Tame the cat, love the cat, use the cat. Put the kittens in a bag and take them with you so she can have them with her. So that way when you leave after taming, you can do so without guilt because you have her kittens too. Problem solved, and all the kittens get to grow up. It's conservation.

I agree with not taming Araga specifically (unless her tail stripes return and are specific to her) cause of the kittens but also for another reason, she has no eyes. They are like shadows while previous to her MIA she has dark chestnut eyes that always had a twinkle. I even looked at my pre-cata Araga and current-Araga and pre-cata Araga had the chestnut eyes with a twinkle even though its the exact same npc. The lions in southern barrens who share Aragas appearance have chestnut eyes with the twinkle too, current-Araga just creeps me out now :S

My Araga has normal eyes.

Well think of it this way, Araga is with her kittens 24/7! Moms need breaks to! She just comes back after a few hours while one of the kittens she brought with her grows up and stays with you! Does that make it easier?

Did you tame her before or after her MIA? My Araga i tamed about a year ago and she keeps her eyes, i have a screenshot i took on my undead with her sitting with her cubs and she has no eyes

If you check her out in the next 24 hours post your findings, im not gonna be on the game for a while to have a small break and im interested to know if they've given back her eyes cause im in major hope that one day her tail stripes will return

From what I can tell in game, her eyes look normal to me.

Eyes defenitely creep me out, not going to tame one haha.
Wish I could tame one of her babies though!
Its not kidnapping its Surprise adoption.

Looks like a bug with some texture settings, the eyeless pic is more low-res than the one with eyes.

I would like to point out that whether or not Araga has eyes is entirely dependent on your graphics settings. My proof:
