Helms always look that way on gnomes, it's because of the bobbleheads.

Back to this one though, actually if you look at models, the goblin helms actually have had the ears removed to allow there's out.. The ears on the helm and some goblin ears do actually look similar in style, but shows they thought about removing them for some and they are actually ok for other to still have them visual. Anyways, just a small observation

The ears on all models are actually hideable, and some helmets have coding that makes them disable the ears. I think the helm DKs get in their starting zone are like that. It's very much possible this helm will hide the ears when it's done.

I actually remember a warlock tier hood that didn't hide my gnome's ears... That was one ugly sight, seeing them stick out like that. xD

My Orc Huntress is going to look funny with her ears half way out......they look like little green triangles coming out the back
