There's been a significant delay on moderator response times lately. In the meantime, I suggest no longer bumping this thread (even to agree with the suggestion not to bump the thread) as this person clearly enjoys the attention.

I think it's best if we stop bumping this thread and giving her attention shall we?

Or come up with something that isn't a half-assed apology. Normally I'm forgiving and much nicer but this was extremely childish on her part. So....sorry, she's got no sympathy from me.

Even if we lock this thread that doesnt mean the person cant check other threads to troll. We just need to not pay attention to the other site. She could copy everything but without an audence who the hell cares?

I'm sure this response doesn't help the situation at all, but I've noticed there is even a "Petopian Guilds" section on this fake website. This worries me. Greatly.

Whoever this person is, I cheer for her. ^^ To cause such a fuzz over simply opening a forum with the same name. ^^

It won't. She'd be in big trouble. Petopia is copywritted, btw. Check the website.

It's better to post the information here for all to see rather than keep it a secret Tyger. Pretty sure there's nothing wrong with discussing it. Not everyone saw it last night so this is new to them. The mods didn't lock it yet so until then, let people discuss.

Besides, not much is posted in Support anyway so....even if people didn't post here, it'd still be near the top or on the top. Kinda silly to get fussy cause people are curious or have information to share about this topic.

I say if you don't wanna post about it or read about it anymore, then dont. No sense ruffling feathers over other people that want to. :3 Just my two cents. Makes it redundant to post here if you dont wanna bump it cause you did just that.

Yeah I'm noticing that. She can just take the forum offline/delete it. It's very easy. Proboards is stupidly easy to work with.

The request to stop bumping the thread was to stop giving the little attention whore more attention. It's not about "not wanting to hear about it anymore."

Pointing out that the forums are covered by copyright is a good reason to revive the thread, but that's it. Seriously, this entire situation doesn't deserve even this much attention.

If you feel the need to reply on that point, please do so privately.

As for the troll....well, she's sufficiently made a complete ass out of herself, so any attention that she draws at this point just makes her look worse.
