Apparently can spawn elsewhere to as I found him on a different rock! So I am guessing they can spawn on either of the two places. Sonot sure if they share spawn timers.
And no good SSs of him in the wild as the sucker if pretty far away and thats as close as I could get. But basically.. kitty sitting on a rock.. doesnt move, just sits there.

Im def getting him on my worgen as soon as i start lvling him... which wont be for a long time... but that means that there will probably be no contest over him by the time i get my worgen to 85! So it all works out
ive been a fan of the obsidian gem cat since i saw it in Storm Peaks <3

Mmmm, we're not sure. They certainly share spawn points, so the timer is likely as well. Ditto this on the SB kitties.

Of all the rares that are being introduced in 4.2 this kitty and the purple spider are the ones on my list! Especially this kitty!

Nope, as long as you've done the intro quest to kill an elite with Malfurion, you can see any and all of the rares.

How cool! I'd been sad that skin was untameable ever since I started the game and saw it on Petopia. I'm not interested in him now, but still. Such a cool critter.
