Not actually 4.3, but I noticed that some of the NPCS (Live Server) have had there lvl updated to lvl 90 and there health is 240k ish.

This was actually added in pre-4.3. Not too entirely sure as to when, but it was definitely in around 4.1 or so. When I bought the Armored Brown Bear from her on my lock, I noticed them and bought some.

Thats already ingame on live servers. Starter areas.

Interesting! It's not on Wowhead at all, which is what made me go 'Huh...' at it. Apparently they need to update some of their items!

Don't know if it's been mentioned but Steady, Cobra and Aimed cast times have been reduced by .5 seconds on PTR, Nothing in the patch notes but if you check tooltip or cast them with a cast mod on they are much faster now, Steady/Cobra are 1.5s Base Cast time, Aimed is 2.4.
Hoping it's not a bug and it will stay like this ._.

I looked around to see if this had been announced here but couldnt find it. It doesnt really deserve its own thread either. Not a big deal.

The core hounds "Brimstone Hound" around the Grove of Aessina (the sleeping ones, the ones around the young bears) are now tameable on the PTR. They arent on live for whatever reason. Probably make grabbing a throwaway corehound for Ancient Hysteria to tame a MF spider lot easier.

These are the core hounds visible once you start the Molten Front dailies and phasing, not the ones that pat around Nemesis in an earlier phase. Im not sure about those

Im kinda hoping the artifacts in the battlegrounds are phased because otherwise where going to end up having battles over it.

Just a small update announced today,

* 2P -- Steady Shot and Cobra Shot generate double the amount of focus.
* 4P -- Your Arcane Shot ability has a chance to grant 30% haste to you and your pet for 15 sec.

The 30% was listed a little while ago, but looks like we have it for 15 secs now, it's like constant bloodlusts every 40 seconds! (40seconds cooldown is what has been data mined so far (see below) but not set in stone as always regarding data on the PTR .)

I heard reports that if you leave a dungeon and get the debuff, that you can't jump on alt and queue up again. It makes you wait out the debuff timer.

Great info collected here. Quick guesstimation question:

How long till 4.3? Ballpark estimates wanted (ie probably in early November etc). Main reason is that I'm leveling up a mage whos mid 40, and although I should be lvl 70 by too long, I'm debating whether or not to wait to 4.3 to get the lesser exp needed for 70-80 (i'd maybe just twink at 70 for a bit for funzies)

4.3 just started. Give it time to start 'ticking down' and then we'll have a better idea.

As blizzard would say "soon" which could be a month to a couple months. 4.2 I think was on the ptr for 1 1/2 months to 2 months. I expect 4.3 to be about the same.
