you have complete freedom of where and what pose my hunter and her pets are in. I'm not really picky after all. Also you can add a background if you like. I love nature type things so one of the very green areas with a lot of flora and fauna.

I swear I'll get round to these eventually. ._. I've just been having far too much fun watching movies and playing Pokemon SoulSilver/HeartGold with my boyfriend, haha.

Now, could anyone tell me how the crap I actually get spirit beasts to look nice? I'm talking about the more transparent ones, like Arcturis or Ban'thalos or Ankha, which look so, so hideous when you export them from the model viewer and remove the blue background in Photoshop. For example, Qinni's beautiful signature there (I would LOVE to know who made that, it looks amazing) with Arcturis and Ban'thalos, they look so well-blended into the background as if they're just meant to be there. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make them look that nice! Can anyone help?

Serenith made it C: They might know a thing or too but Arcturis did give em hell after all. Mentioned is was harder then banny.

*shrug* Ask them, me no nothing about this stuff.

When I'm in photoshop working with layers they have a "blending option".... thats where I find the ability to add a "drop shadow".

As for Arcturis.... I'm not even sure how I managed to make Qinni's look so awesome. He does NOT come out nicely in WMV, thats for sure. In fact the only way I can got him to look
"normal" was by saving the screenshot of him in png (it has its issues of course, cause his back half looks REALLY weird) I made sure to place him behind Qinni to hide it. Then I added some glows to him by using his own color to sorta fix a spot on his arm that didnt blend well. And I did blur some stuff a bit.

And for Banny, he was actually easy. Once again I saved the screeny as a png (This is so I don't have to remove the background. And yes it does have issues too) I added some glows in the layer blending to make him pop, plus a drop shadow, and that was it. I mostly hate working with transparent pets/things no matter how much I love them in game cause they always give me an issue in WMV. I'm really happy with how Qinni's came out, but I can't expect to have that kinda luck again with Arcturis.

I'm going on hold for a little bit since I'm planning on improving the quality of my signatures. I have ideas for things that are a bit different in style and I'm not entirely sure that everyone who's already made a request will like them, you see. So I'm going to play with my own pets, mounts and characters now to decide how I want things done. I hope you all understand.

Will we not be seeing our requests, then? Because honestly, I would love to get a sig from you! If you want to play around with my request to help you experiment, I'm so 100% open to that! Just let me know what you'd like to do. I've been so excited to see Cali and her beloved pets in your style.

Of course I'll be making them, it'll probably just take a little longer than originally intended you see. Plus it's my birthday this month so I'll be out and about doing stuffs with friends/family.

BIG UPDATE - PLEASE READ THIS OR THE FIRST POST.

I will be re-making ALL the signatures I previously made. Why? Because I ended up looking at them too much and deciding I hated them. And my style quickly got boring, so I went for something a lot more playful and smooth. I much prefer the new style (as you can see in my current signature) and all my future signatures will be done this way. If you don't want your signature re-made, please let me know. (Because some of you already got a signature, I will be doing signatures first for the people on the list who hadn't got one yet. The ones being re-made will come after/if I have time.)

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE NEW STYLE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO WITHDRAW YOUR REQUEST! I won't feel offended, because it'll have been my own fault to begin with.
Just please don't whine and complain, remember I choose to do this as a free service to the Petopia community. I won't make you a signature in the old style no matter how much you ask.
