Yeah, I was camping earlier but I'm not anymore. >_< Too frustrating. I'm just going to be doing fly bys and we'll see if anything happens, though I'll still update when I find something.

Here's the thing....Bronze madexx kept spawning til I took him home. I suggest taming him. XD the others will pop up after.

You have to learn his spawn timers! I suggest doing one camp until he spawns. If it's not blue then let some other hunter tame it, if you want. Then, check back 12 hours later and camp for several hours (up to 16, my blue Madexx spawned at about the 15th hour) until he spawns. If its not blue, let some other hunter tame it, if you'd like. Then do this again: Then, check back 12 hours later and camp for several hours until you get your blue Madexx! With this technique, I got red and blue Madexx. which are the two rarest (except maybe black) on my server. Also, it doesn't hurt to have a friend or two camping several of his spawn points. I hope this helps!

There's only one hole in that theory, and that is that I have personally seen him spawn less than six hours after a tame. I tamed a black one and then a friend of mine tamed a green one roughly 5 hours and 50 minutes later. He's such a pain to camp for!!!

Oh my god!!! I was in Uldum on my way to the Lost City of Tolvir entrance, when I got this nagging feeling to check Madexx since it was 1:59, almost on the hour. So I fly around the whole place and see nothing, but I remember the one upper spawn point to the very north. So I decide to check, and my /tar macro picks up..a blue madexx! I thought it was fake, I couldn't believe my eyes... I was too freaked out to stop and take a screen shot until after it was tamed. 7 months of camping, DONE!

I also tamed my own Blue Madexx at the -very- top north spawn location. Maybe its a lucky spot? =P
