I'm tired. D:

Harry Potter.

Gryfinndor sucks.

Slytherin rocks.

Hufflepuff is okay.

Ravenclaw is okay too.

Harry always whines.

...What?

I agree with this analysis. I hate how Slytherin is the ever-lasting bad guys. That's not fair. I'm pretty sure I'd be a Slytherin (I'm sarcastic, snappy, and can be pretty mean.) or Ravenclaw (I'd like to think I'm intelligent enough to make it.), but they're either the bad guys or no one ever hears about them. :\

Also, sleep does not, in fact, improve my mood. Huh.

I agree Azu. Methinks I'm just like you. (We even have some of the same interests, go look at my profile  Go Slytherin! Gryfinndor gets too much attention and Harry whines too much. That's not a Gryfinndor trait, it's more like a Hufflepuff trait xD )

 So, so true! And yeah, our interests are almost exactly the same. That's weird.
Dumbledore does everything for Harry but Harry still gets treated like he's special, but aside from his scar he's really not. I think Draco Malfoy stated something along the lines of that at one point, or was it Snape?

Can we get a HELL, YEAH! up in here?
HELL YEAH!!

Also, dearest housemate of mine, I know the CO detector is a good thing to have, but because YOU were able to sleep through the low battery warning beeps, you're on your own for the real deal. <3 you and your crazy nightly routine of Gin+Pepsi+Video Games, though. This will be a good year.

A long, long time so long as I stay on Petopia. I'm very random, you know!

I miss you Toby! /cry

Wait... huh?! Why did Toby pop in my mind when we're talking about hunter pets? Oh yeah, because Feralclaw has a pet mastiff named in honor of him!

Feralclaw has lots of cool pets. BUT NO LOQUE NAHAK!!! D:

I found Loque once on Naharnak, but never again. Two of my guildies killed him two separate times. I suppose I'm not destined to find him.

I could make a hunting journal for Loque! I think I'll do just that.

I like writing.

And drawing too.

I am working on a drawing of Deathwing, and so far it looks freakin' beast.

Deathwing eats faces. So does Kirix.

...I talk too much.

I need motivation! I need to clean... and I wanna bake! But.. not sure where I'm gonna put everything once it's all done and made... hmmm Baking sprees are awesome, but what do you do when you don't have somewhere to PUT everything once it's all finished and tasty.. <.< In my mouth could work... >.> But that defeats the purpose of making them for lunchs and snacks to take to campus.. and breakfasts... And also my attempt to get back down to my normal weight this month... >.> I'll just have to figure out something...

I've been watching a lot of movies recently about WW2... gosh it's really heartbreaking stuff. Even though I'm not personally effected by what happened all those years ago, I don't believe anyone should forget what was done to all those poor Jewish people. ;(

Humans scare me...

Animals is where it's at. Yupp. At least you know an animal has it's survival instincts and isn't evil, like man can be...

Chatting about tarantulas. :) Oh how I want more. Sadly most of my favourite species are just far too aggressive and high maintenance for me to take care of at this point, I wouldn't have the time to look after them properly. H. minax though, I would kill to have you. You sexy black tarantula you. Maybe some day in the future.

Do not click on these links if you are arachnophobic (large tarantula photos) V

Funny you should post this. I was at a friend's birthday party last night, and we got onto the topic of the German Concentration Camps. I don't think that I would ever be able to do a tour of Auchwitz. I seem to be more sensitive than the average person to the emotions around me, be them from the present or past, and just the emotional imprint of such a place would drive me into a crying panic attack. I would love to go and visit, as it is, unfortunately, part of my family's heritage (my Opa was a pilot in WWII, he never worked at the camps, but he was part of the war), but I can't bring myself to it, there's too much pain there, still. The same goes for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as much as I would find it facinating to go to where the bombs dropped, to see the shadows of the people who...dissolved, I don't think I could ream enough courage out of me to do so.

I'm with you, Atal, for being scared of what we have become as a society. We have become so good at controlling what isn't ours to control, and that these items can be used with a flick of a switch. I'm afraid that someone will drop the bomb (heh, no pun intended), and we will go all Chrysalids up in here, and the world will become one huge trainwreck that will take thousands of years to rebuild for those who survived. I don't want that threat for my children.

Sorry, I'm rambling, it's late.
I really shouldn't post when I'm in this state of mind.

Don't worry about rambling, it was an interesting read. :)

I'm exactly the same. I'm interested in anything history-wise, I'm fascinated but above all, as I mentioned before, I think it's important for people to learn what happened. My children will be taught about it just like my mom taught me about it from a young age.
I suppose in some way, it does affect me. My girlfriend is Polish, and twice now I've been to Poland and seen some areas which I was told were the most heavily damaged by 'Hitlers people'. It was so heartbreaking to be there, when I looked around. It literally sent shivers through my body. I was looking at the small houses there, which looked really old and then I stared at the pavement beneath my feet. I've seen a lot of times in various movies and documentaries, the Germans just storming into peoples homes in the middle of the night and throwing them onto the street. I tried to put myself in that position; being on the floor and fearing for my life as well as my families, my neighbors... then I'd look around at the people and I'd have tears in my eyes. I'd especially look at the elderly, as I know most of them have memories if they're not too young to have forgotten back then. I just thought, you poor poor people who may have had family who were shot or sent to death camps and never heard of them again...

Perhaps we are old souls, Ari. ;) That's why we are sensitive to it. I feel so weird in Poland when I see areas such as the one I mentioned, and going to a place like Auchwitz would probably break me down. :(
