I see, yup, just looked at the info.
"To sign-up for the World of Warcraft Annual Pass, you need to have a valid credit or debit card on file, but are not required to use it for payment."
"
Can I use game cards with this promotion?
Any qualifying game time added to the account may apply to the 12-month subscription requirement."
AWESOME, thanks, was not aware of this. Strongly considering it

Pretty sure you can use debit cards directly with Blizz in the same way as credit cards.

Yeah go and tell it you want to sign up for an annual pass. It'll say you don't have a valid card (like me) and ask if you wanna put one in now. Just follow the steps and it's done!

ooooh, does it immediately take from the account and you dont need to pay it off or does it come as a paper bill (im trying to avoid paper bills, my stepdad wasnt happy that the bank approved my request for a credit card)

It's the same of whatever you're doing now. If you're using game cards, then there shouldn't be any bills or anything. You're just saying you will keep paying for WoW for 1 year, using whatever means you use now, and the credit card is just there as collateral I guess you could say...it's there in case you don't pay your game on time, then they will charge the card instead. Keep paying the way you do now, no bills should show up anywhere.

my stepdad has bought my game for the past 7 years, i have never paid myself and he has told me that hes not going to use his credit card for WoW anymore cause most of the time US currency is worth more then canadian so he pays more then what i give him for the subscription
its not just for WoW too that i want to figure it out, i dont want my stepdad to know im buying online so im trying to figure out how to keep paper-bill free

I've never gotten paper bills from wow...and most banking places can do paper free bills. At least mine does anyways. My credit card does as well too. Maybe try looking around and see?

It will not be a paper bill. Basically, the payment for WoW will appear like any other transaction on that card, so however you view your monthly statement from the bank is how you will see it. It will automatically withdraw the money from the account whenever the payment is due. So it's just like a credit card.

my stepdad gets billed by paper from blizzard a month after he buys the subscription (credit card, he wants everything paper-billed to him to keep track of it).. ive just acivated my card, if i cant get the debit card thing to work then i'll get game cards instead. Thankfully my bank perfers paper-free and has great internet banking so i asked them to keep all my debit card stuff online, so if it works then i'll be happy ^_^

So if I put in my credit card details, it will still bill to my PayPal? The bit with PayPal not being accepted is throwing me off a little.

You need to enter in the credit card details directly to the payment options blizzard gives, and you can pay with game cards, credit cards, or debit cards (it successfully accepted my debit card so im using that right now)

Getting more and more impressed with it.
Kind of wondering if the fact so many people will have it will mean a lot of special snowflakes won't ride theirs making it more...well, uncommon.

I really liked the first impressions of this mount with the screenshots they gave us, but now I've seen the video I ain't so sure. The 'wings' (Whatever they're meant to be, I don't play Diablo so I wouldn't know.) look... odd. Perhaps they're meant to be like that, but the flow they have doesn't seem smooth and nice like I expected. The mount itself doesn't really look like it should even be flying.
But like MMO-Champion says, the mount is subject to change since it's not exactly finished yet. It's still a nice looking mount and I'm still pondering whether to pay the yearly fee or not for it.
