While I like the red/black warp stalker, I wish there were versions that weren't so spikey. If only so there'd be another model for lizards/newt critters. But if there was a giant frill-necked lizard hunter pet, I'd get it and unspec blink strikes, just so other players would see it chasing them down in pvp.

I have been playing since vanilla and when BC hit and warpstalkers happened I leveled as fast as I could so I could tame one. Since then my 2 pets that have been constant are my red hyena Rosco and my warp stalker Pythagorus!

Since then I tamed all the colored warp stalkers just incase they ever get discontinued

I adore warp stalkers, they're like spiky, scaly cheshire cats, sort of!

I was first enamored when I saw backbiter in Dalaran, and had to get that skin. When I learned that it was only a summoned spawn. I farmed up shadow dust till I could finally summon old Gezzarak. On side note, the other reason, I had this Primal Rage toy and it was a green and black Vertigo figure that unfortunately was lost, but now lives in spirit in Azeroth. n__n

I am a bit sadden no model updates will be happening soon in WoD, and I agree, would love for a squirmy salamander type of pet.

I don't have one (my hunters stable is actually fairly empty... ) But the warp stalker mount bit always tugs at me. So wish that was a thing.
