Im just curious here.
It seems the pandaren have green dragon statues and I cant help but think theres a reason for that
such as the thought that maybe they have some sort of green dragons running around somewhere
I understand it may just be decoration but heck but things in WoW tend to make sense.
I cant heklp but wonder if were getting any sort of new dragons

We might, but chinese culture has a LOT of dragon influence, and a traditional stone to carve with is Jade since i believe its abundant there which would explain all the green dragon carvings. But im sure, since we are lacking a rideable green dragon of any type excluding Veridian Netherdrakes who are more a mutated subspecies of Black dragons, we'll find ourselves at some point in the expansion with a green dragon mount. Not neccessarily a green dragonflight dragon, but a green colored one. :3 I'd go nuts for a jade dragon created much the same way as the sandstone drake but possibly without the enormous price tag >.>;;

Jade dragon would be a JC mount XD

Thats what i mean :3 Arch + Profession = Jade Dragon xD But without the hefty price tag, it costs a fortune for sandstone drake, waaaay toooo muuuch imo.. if it was for currency issues (goldsink) it aint workin' to the best of its ability.. i see more people with hogs then sandstone drakes and the hog isnt even a flying mount. But it looks epic so cant complain much in terms of popularity. Im currently saving up to build my hog and get the fastest flight speed when im not playing Skyrim XD

As to the thought of Asian dragons flying around, I've noticed in some of the MoP art that there are Asian styled dragons flying in the background, so I've been pretty confident that there will be dragons to match that, in what I'm guessing will use the Heart of the Aspects model but perpahs lack the wings.

XD Nw! I checked it out, this one has a number of pandaren farmers, some people on the SSotD comment board says that the pandaren monk models might be replacing the models for possibly children and imo, women as well so as to not give away any information too early or while models are still being constructed. New tree models btw!! And i see an eagle on a rock, the brown eagle model. Im not sure but i think the crops might be a new model as well, i dont recall seeing bushes like that (nor the ones along the road, those are much better graphics so those are probably new).

Yeah my bet is that they're replacing the female model. XD

EDIT: Oh yeah I just saw the pandaren monk model working in the field... this is confirming my "replacing female model" thoughts. XDD

is that a panda walking the outer edge of the garden? and whats that thing near the lil panda in the garden? (not the scarecrow)

theres a placeholder(most likley) pandaren monk to the left of the scarecrow and another pandaren farmer that's in the process of a standing emote probably, one of the SSotD comments said it was a farmer but was looking wonky cause of the angle of himself to the camera, and yea theres a farmer along the outer edge of the circle walking

I noticed an eagle or bird on the rock in last screenshot, Looks to have a hint of red on its wings.

Its actually just an ordinary brown eagle, probably sunset light hitting it, the foxes that use ashtails model look like mottled ashtail x white foxes due to lighting in screenies as well

These screenshots are so gorgeous. I'm actually terribly excited to have Talaridan head into Pandaria now. I think he'll love it.

Day 7 update.

It's like that turtle he's sitting on is making him feel happy..... maybe it vibrates.

love the lil firey butterflies. Seems to be a few panda things sitting on turtles. would be nice to see something like that as a mount in this comming expansion. Also hoping that the facial features on that statue are an optional one on the character creation screen.
