*Hugs* I hope things turn around for you. Depression and unemployment are a crappy combo. I've always admired your drawings, but never said so, or asked for one even tho I really wanted to, since a lot of the emotes were my work and I didn't want to ....er....I dunno how to phrase it...."steal your thunder" I guess? But you should keep drawing. I love your style and the life you put into your drawings. They really "speak" ....or meow or grunt or whatever the case may be, hehe. I sincerely hope your personal life improves tho. *hug*

Varethyn wrote:Sorry guys, but I don't think I can keep up with this after all. Between Job Centre appointments, failed job interviews, bouts of depression and moments of sheer laze - not to mention jealousy towards the love other art threads are getting - my inspiration just kind of died. Not that this thread got that much interest anyway, heh. If ever I get the inspiration to, I will finish those requests that I currently have but will no longer accept more. I simply can't keep up with it under the stress I've gotten myself into as of late. I may even start up another art thread purely for the random stuff I end up drawing otherwise.
Regardless, I hope you all enjoyed the stuff I did manage to get done here, and thanks to those who asked for requests - they were fun to do

You don't have to do mine if you don't wanna. *hugs* I know the feels. Finding a job is hard but chin up. Things will get better.

You have to do what you have to do, cause you come first!
Ursa is still milking his picture for attention - and it's working, since you really nailed him with that expression on his face. I get a flash of your rendering every time he does that emote....which is often.

We both hope you'll keep drawing when you have the time, since capturing souls is a very difficult thing to do and you succeed at it!

Thank you for the kind words, everyone

You're kind of making me feel bad for having to give up! It makes me happy to know how much you did enjoy the drawings
I don't plan on stopping drawing completely, only requests. It seems I snap easily under pressure even if it's imaginary deadlines for things like this xD I will soon set up an art thread purely for the random stuff I do. I just don't know where to start because a sizeable chunk of my deviantART page is filled with one particular character because everyone seems to have fallen in love with him >_>
In the meantime feel free to visit my dA page. The link is in my sig. Thanks again for the support <3

I hope you do keep drawing. I would have loved to have made a request, digitalized the lines, then digitally colored it myself, but I haven't a clue what the add on's emotes are and I've been looking for a list so I could pick one... I also haven't a damn clue how to clean up and digitalize lines. Maybe someday I'll learn and can make a request when you feel up to doing it again. :3 But no pressure. Gotta take care of your real life stuff first. Just know that I know what it's like to have that imaginary pressure (I'm a born perfectionist... it can get ugly), so I wouldn't mind if it was "late" myself, if you do ever do requests again.
Looking forward to seeing your future art!
