My guess is we get the one Spirit beast. The turtle looks very much like he'll be that one raid boss, considering that other boss models for that raid are in this first set of models. (that turtle would be awesome though....)

The triceratops is most probably the Dire Horn, and it will probably be exotic, and since that's the lead spec now, I don't see that to be much of an issue. The notes are likely referring to the BM skill (simplest explanation is usually the correct one).

The armored dinos are either mounts or bosses... don't expect to be taming them for a while.

I think the "for Hunters that have learned the required skill" means they will be BM only pets.

I think so too. Makes sense, really, considering yanno...devilsaurs and all.

Maybe I'm the odd one out, but the Devilsaur constant booming walk puts them out of the running for me. Unless these ones walk quieter, I'm not really interested.

What I am interested in, is the beaver. I want to tame one, and a Skoll beaver even better.

I don't think devilsaurs have that booming walk anymore....or having for awhile.

That armored Devilsaur looks really stupid to me. I'm glad it's a Raid Boss and I'll get to make it extinct. Until the Raid resets anyway.

I'm kind of doubting that since it sounds like it's a kind of quest reward. I can't see them limiting it to one spec if that's the case. I think it's more likely that the "required skill" will be something all Hunters will earn.
