Is the new green/brownish devilsaur skin around aswell? Didn't see any of them in the pic

All of the new devilsaur skins are present and tameable on the PTR.

I actually have all of the possible tames found here. The Green/Yellow/Brownish Devilsaurs are located on the Cliff just above where you find the Red/Pink ones. All are tameable save for the parents <_< just be careful when you fly around the parents, sometimes they LOVE to take a bite out of you. As was proven by one of the glorious Green Direhorn Primals who smacked my friend in the face XD

Yeah, on my initial flyby last night I was just really excited and started snapping screenshots at random. I definitely missed some places since I didn't see the blue devilsaurs.

This is soooo exciting! I have unfortunately been unable to play the ptr via the locked in cataclysm bug, and am getting overly anxious for this patch to drop... From the looks of things, everything seems to be coming together at quite a fast pace.

Any guesses as to when we can expect this patch to go live? Two/Three weeks from now? *crosses fingers*

XD I know what you mean Veph, I was literally spasming all over the place that I actually missed the White Devilsaurs on my own fly by LMAO! It wasn't until I saw your own collection here that I quickly went back to tour around the area.

I just uploaded a fly around of the island as well on my Youtube. Hnnnnnnnnnnng my Tauren Hunter is going to live on this island I swear.

I think this is one place I'm going to spending alot of time in. I wonder what it's overall purpose is.

I have to agree that the blue Devilsaur skin is amazing. I'll probably have to get one. I really still like my Ironhide one named Gojira though so maybe I'll wind up with two plus my blue Direhorn.

Anyone else ever notice the three pack of Pterrorwings down on the beach just chilling? I swear they are the group of bad boys on the island XD My friend kept making comments about them "Smoking in the Boys Room" And I just cannot get the song out of my head now X'D

I just tamed what will most likely be my three new pets of patch 5.2!
I couldn't decide between the blue and black devilsaurs... so I tamed both.

Borvo. I'm not sure if I will pretend that the two are mates, but I imagine that they playfully fight each other constantly.

These new models are amazing! I can't wait to tame them on live...

The error 113 finally stopped and I was able to log in, but boy is the server unstable. It's crashed on me twice, the world server keeps going down. I made it to the Isle of Giants and I'm killing Dinomancers now, but having bad luck on drops inbetween the crashing. Killed about 10 so far, maybe a few more.. hard to tell. I just want my dinos. =(

Oh dear lord please don't roll back again. Finally got a tome after it rolled me back quite a bit to the tar pit with Dinomancers. Screenshots later, but omg Dire Horns are so tiny!

I'm sorry that I'm so late to this party but I've been busy with uni so I'd just like to come here and say EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DINOSAUR ISLAND

Not sure if there has been one posted, I imagine it has, but here's a screenshot of the Direhorn using the reflect skill.

I didn't take many of the Devilsaurs.. guess I just found the Direhorns more intrigueing. They seemed to be at home where they were, where as the Devilsaurs just kind of wandered about aimlessly.

Allright, after the initial rush of "ERMAGERD DINOLAND" I went through, it is time for my brief critique of the Isle of Giants.

1. Will there be quests?
-> I'm almost sure that there will be quests on this island, but really, what is there to do? The island is relatively small and taken up mostly by massive aggressive dinosaurs.
"Gather 5 Zandalari Artifacts"
"Destroy 3 Primal Skyscreamers"

Which leads me to my next minor complaint...

2. It's too artificial!
-> Instead of an ideal Lost World-esque island the size of, say, Dread Wastes, there's a little green island with 5 different devilsaurs and 5 different direhorns in convenient color-coded colonies. Then there's five different pterodactyls flying about.
Don't get me wrong, the scenery is excellent. The baby dinosaurs around the tar pits? The direhorns wading in the water? The pterrorwings picking at the bones near the shore? It's great! But... I feel like...

3. It's missing something.
-> Although the size of the island may be the reason these things were not implemented, I just can't help but feel like the island lacks another factor. Maybe a new stegosaurus model. Maybe Carboniferous-era giant dragonflies or centipedes or spiders. Maybe little raptors running about. Maybe actual nests, with eggs.

I realize it's the PTR, but I'm not sure how much will change before release. I also realize we could have gotten squat this patch, and never gotten to tame these awesome creatures. However, as a dinosaur and prehistoric-life fan I must say I am a wee bit disappointed.

Squueeeeeeaaallll.

Killed some Dinomancers before I decided to go to Live and do dailies... 13 kills and 0 book. (But I wasn't doing it very long)
Helped someone kite around the big Dino Lord; dunno if he got anything for it but it was still fun to kill time.
