And now for my own new tames. First up is Cera, named after the triceratops from Land Before Time. She's a very casual girl who, while curious and sweet enough, would sooner do her own thing. Though once she sets her mind on something she's determined to finish it.


And my old green and gluttonous devilsaur, Malladus, got an upgrade :3 This is one of the rare moments he isn't tearing around looking for food.

Looking at the pictures posted of the Direhorn sizes, my opinion is that they're perfect now. I was never on the PTR but I think the bigger size was too big.

My as-of-yet nameless Direhorn. I'm *still* torn between white and brown, but I think I'm settling with brown.

I really like the way the brown looks with your transmog.

After about 20 tries I finally got a new pet this morning...

To be honest I really didn't want one of these new porcupines, but I decided to go look for the green one due to the fact everything is green on my troll hunter, but I looked at it and said "DAMN.... now I gotta tame it..."

Over the past few days while doing dailies on the Isle of Thunder with my best friend and my boyfriend, the black devilsaur that can be summoned via Dire Beast ended up becoming a spiritual part of Shuurai's stables, which meant that taming him eventually was inevitable whether I liked it or not. Earlier tonight, I went and tamed him.

Say hello to Nocturne.


While he has periods of practically roaring his head off (I swear, he loves the sound of his own voice), he's a sweetie who likes to take time out to relax and take in his surroundings. I've always wanted a devilsaur for Shuurai, and I'm happy that she's finally found one.

I succumbed to the pretty electric crab and now I think I've become quite attached.

I have obtained 4 new pets with 5.2 2 dire horns, a new devilsaur and a spirit beast porcupine

Here they are ( i have a slytherin mainly theme for pets, some mini pets (mog set being the house colors or at least green) with some random HP characters mixed in.

First off Voldemort... his name says it all LOL. Green direhorn


Next is Lucius, a green devilsaur. though someone in guild said they could see him wearing a blond long hair wig and now I always see it


Lily ( named after harrys mom), a white devilsaur who has a thing of standing right on top off me all the time, by herself i never move her and she just does it.

this is a prime example, i dismounted and she decided to stand on me, she always does this lol


And then Hufflepuff a green spirit beast. He is the closest thing to a badger and well had to have him cause he is green cause of my whole theme, he is a brave soul.

Mia's direhorn Branko has bumped up to my second favorite pet slot. He's wonderful! His name is a Slavic name meaning "Glorious Defender" and I think it fits him perfectly. It only took 10-15 kills to get my tome.. and then I realized that I had forgotten to stable a pet for taming room. XD So I had to fly out to a stable master then fly back and then tamed him as.. well I assume he's server first direhorn. The island was very quiet and I only saw one other hunter farming for them, hehe. Not that that really matters, just a fun little thing that makes him a little more special, you know? I couldn't love him any less, though! <3 He's an awesome buddy.



Sarahma's devilsaur Albion got a new look! I think he's enjoying it!



And then there's Doomdasta... because my troll totally needed another devilsaur. <_< I picked the name because I have a little headcanon where all of the adult black devilsaurs in the area are female and Oondasta's consorts, so all of the babies are his offspring.



I'll work on getting some of my alts their tomes soon, and will report back then! ^^

I gave in and put together a transmog for Turisas, he was rather insistent.

Got Hutia on third try, as this was my first tame of the three. Then i died about 12 times on Degu, and 1 on Gumi, since my concussive shot missed
Had to give up Sambas and Glimmer for Degu and Gumi. Some here know i love collecting spirit beasts ;D

I've got one of the new direhorns

Ellie is a little girl that want's to play with her family on the isle of gigants

It was a hard decision. I thought I would pick the green devilsaur and red direhorn, but they weren't clicking with me at all. So this happened instead!
First up is Jaden, my baby girl direhorn. <3 She was perfect. She's a bit of a ditz but a really handy girl when it comes to soloing!



And then there's my new devilsaur, Tempest. Originally I was going to replace Enya (Krush) for the new green devilsaur, but I ended up wanting to keep her and now she has a boyfriend instead. :3



Sadly, I also let two of my pets go this patch. They never got used and I felt bad keeping them in the stable. Bye bye to Terramok the felboar and Kronos the drakeadon. ):

I just want to say that I really like how your character looks, Snowy. You and Veph have similar appearances and both look super awesome.

Thank you. (: I have to say I have noticed that me and Veph seem to have similar tastes in what our characters and sometimes pets look like, I was always afraid I would come across as stealing her idea or something and that was never my intention at all. Purple is just my favourite colour and the transmog set Everdeen is wearing in these pictures is her most used one, so most of her pets match it.

I also find that Veph makes good inspiration for tidy looking screenies! However I think she has a *lot* more transmog sets than me, I'm very, very picky with mine.

For those of you that got frustrated farming I'll try to make you feel better. On release day it took me almost 200 kills not including the fact that I was kill trading with 2 horde hunters. On the bright side I had 33 pets by the time my tome dropped and a hefty amount of bones.

My Dino's keep changing colors though. Currently I'm sitting w/ white direhorn and blue devilsaur. Still unsure if those are going to be permanent. I'm testing to see what fits me best. I did get a cool screenie of myself and two guildies with there's yesterday. I've been lucky enough to get the slate mount.

Yowch! x___o Mine did take a while, about 100 kills or so, but not that long! At least you got it in the end though. (:
