Yes please! I know i'm not the only one missing the chest piece for the set.Now if only they had a similar NPC for Blackened Defias Leather.
And true, you can get: gloves, legs, boots from boss kills, or leatherworking; the belt is no longer in game and last I saw on my AH it's going for 80k.
And yeah you can use "look similar" items for the set pieces that you're missing but, it's not quite the same however.... it'll do for now.
