ohh Paleoteca is adorable! Love her mog. She makes me miss my Abricot

Hee, thanks Tarn. I really love the way she has turned out.

I love ravagers and decided to tame one on Plexi. Love the color scheme, but these guys are way too alienesque for Plexi so he won't be sticking around.


Played my demon hunter a little bit and just had to get a pic of the meta form; it's just so badass!

Big post for Paleoteca. Apologies for some of the kind of bad screenshots; since Paleo is wearing heirlooms I was trying to nab some of the shots of the rares quick and SilverDragon's panel is still in the way. xD

"Takin' the advice of the Explorer's League, I made my way back ta Ironforge and did a whole bunch o' research. After two days of catching meself up on everything I could find about rares and archaeology, Phillip and I departed back ta Loch Modan. We spent a large amoun' o' time explorin' and minin'. As we wandered around ta the bottom o' the loch, I could see Phillip looking at the water longin'ly. I left him to go enjoy himself in 'is new 'ome while I continued explorin' as I 'ad 'eard about a unique crocolisk that lived in the area."


"Oh, that must be 'er! What a beaut'! Absolutely gorgeous. I decided ta see if she might friendly up ta me. A little encouragin' an' some meat and she calmed down and joined me side. Bella seemed like a fittin' name and the green gal seemed awful pleased fer a companion."


"Wit' Bella as me new friend, we continued explorin' and minin', makin' our way to the Wetlands in search of our first archaeology dig. Watchin' 'er waddle and make hissing sounds became highly amusin', though she seems ta possess an almos' motherly quality ta 'er. I could see 'er watchin' out fer me out o' the corner o' me eye. Wanderin' around Wetlands t'were excitin'! I quickly started makin' a name fer meself as Paleoteca the rare hunter and tamer! And all wit' Bella by me side protectin' me."


"We did finally get ter the digsite. My eyes 'bout popped out me skull when I saw the skeleton raptors! Fascinatin'! Makes me wonder what kinder fancy things 'n' creatures me pa be seein'. Wit' a nudge from Bella, I got ter diggin' while she kept the elementals and raptors off me back. Rather fun fer me first time!"

Though this and the pet challenge has inspired me to come up with roleplay reasons why Serinar especially has connected with a certain pet

Hehe, thanks Nef. I've been writing since I was a little kid so I enjoy doing this kind of stuff.

I do have stories for several of my characters but something happened on this forum that made me stop sharing them.
It doesn't stop me from enjoying yours and the other people who does similar story posts

And a preview of Paleoteca's next pet that I need to write about. His name is Spook.

So, I feel like this picture sums up perfectly how Plexi feels about Outland. Questing through there is such a drag and so many of the creatures are just way too weird for her to want to tame.

Photobucket has been being really weird today about uploading my screenshots and letting me see them to use the codes afterwards. I managed some amusing shots with Plexi though while going through Outlands.

Camo seems to be large enough now for Plexi to comfortably sit under.


I've been through a few different wolves on Plexi, having trouble getting them to click. Then, as I was questing in Blade's Edge Mountains I got the quest for Rema. After killing her for the first time, I was like, oh wait, she's really pretty, let me trying taming her. Instant connection. Since she's the den mother, she got named Mama, and to myself I call her Mama Rema.


Then I got bored of my brown mog and went back to SW to change it up. I keep trying out brown pets because they're neutral, but they don't seem to fit Plexi like more of the black and white ones, and I think I was trying brown pets because of that mog. Loving her new, green mog.

Totally random tame. I went into ZF for the white snake and summoned this guy and tamed him on a whim. I can't decide on the colors or if he's too weird for Plexi, but I couldn't resist the name for him.

I am stalking this with great interest ♥

Thanks Tarn. I haven't been sure if anyone's looking/reading, but maybe other people are stalking like you are.

So two new friends for Plexi; the snake I actually went into ZF for and a crab. And a new pic of Fluffikins. The snake is named Snek and the crab doesn't have a name yet.

Cycling through some of Plexi's older pets while there isn't much for her to tame. I'm just in love with Frosty and feel that I have severely underappreciated this skin until now since it's not "fancy."

Love that tiger! What about Snip as a name for the crab?

Snip is good, although likely blocked by Blizzard just for that reason. I was going to go with Krabby as a play on Spongebob, but I feel like that's probably blocked as well. Phillip ended up being a blocked name when Paleoteca had her turtle, which I thought was weird.

TalkingHeads got a new skin that suits him and Plexi better.

Plexi is so cute! I do keep an eye on this thread, but I've been crazy busy IRL lately so I haven't been on nearly as much as I used to. Things should maybe settle down eventually. By like...the end of the year. x_x
