Just checked Uldum, I think someone mentioned they had earlier as well. The new skin Crocolisk is in there with 2 different colors, both have diets but are not tameable yet. In fact the only tameable beast I found in the entire zone was a greyish Hyena, which I dont think is a new skin but I could be wrong. Here's a screen just to check:
I'll try to get to Twilight Highlands soon and see if there's anything new beast-wise. I took a quick preview before the zone was officially open and I dont recall seeing many beasts at all, but then again Thousand Needles was pretty empty too then.

FANTASTIC job reporting all of these beauties! And WOW, Blizzard really knocked themselves out on Thousand Needles. Parrots and seagulls and teal scorpids....wow! I'm shocked, but that silithid wasp looks REALLY really good, even better than the ones on live. The Felwood wasp is a totally new model? I may have to go visit in person before deciding which firefly I'm keeping, oooh. SO EXCITED!

In addition to the green serpent skin, there's also the (previously not tameable) purple serpent skin (spawns rarely where the green ones spawn), bringing the total new tameable skins/pets for 1k needles to 6!

It does exist on Live, but is only used by one snake in Gundrak (untameable, in my list here). Despite the name it's actually bright scarlet and looks like the minipet from the Oracles egg. The serpents in the screenshots of Thousand Needles earlier in this thread look like the same purple and blue-green skins that are already tameable in other zones, but maybe there are others.

I must get on the Beta realm later, but right now it's not really that stable considering all the errors I've been getting. XD Now it's a toss up between parrots...

Do I got back and tame Aotona, the beautiful blue one? Do I get the one that looks like the Bloodsail parrot? Or the bright green one which is very nice... IDUNNOYET.

But I will tame a Seagull for fun. XD

I'm definitely adding the red macaw to my tame list. With my pirate outfit and green-wing macaw mini-pet, I will be invincible!

Oh wow! Too much awesomeness! Now my Aotona has a friend and...Seagulls? Really? I mean, they look awesome and will probably tame one but they just seem a tad...Random, imo. Amazing updates and finds here Doth. Much appreciated

I want a seagull, but I have to agree, they look kinda unfinished, like a critter model scaled up

not really, looking at the rest of the thread it seems a number of us are happy with it

Did anyone else notice something? Nobody thought that there would be too many new pets in Thousand Needles because of the flooding, and yet here Blizz surprizes us with things we have been waiting for for a long time... Perhaps Blizz is hiding new pets in the most unexpacted and most uninhabitable places?

QUICK! Someone check Burning Steppes! There might be that new volcanoth turtle model there!

EDIT: Also, I demand a signiture that has Deadbone and Wight's Ghoul playing with a seagull!
