Ok.. first the Physics.

We encounter 3 dimensions that we can "touch", and a fourth "time" that we move through, but can't effect or modify, nor can we see before or ahead in it.

Now the sci-fi.. :-)

So, to "warp", is to bend space-time in such a way that you jump ahead in time to get to another location in space-time, since there is a limit to how fast you can travel. "Time-warping" is nonsense. You can't warp just time. All you can do is accelerate really fast (like that time-lord in CoS) if you are working in time alone. Time-warp is not a warp at all.

So they need to change it back to a true "warp" and fix it so it's not op in their eyes, or just change the name of the beast to time-stalkers.

-----

And as a total derail... Since time is a dimension, any deity of your choosing that claims to be omniscient (all-knowing) and omnipresent (present everywhere) needs to be in at least a 5th or 6th dimension, in order to be able to look down on our 4-dimensions of space-time in the same way we look at a rubik's cube.

Wow..very nice.

Or make Warp Stalkers AND Time Stalkers. And you get to pick which one your pet is.

Dammit, Jim! I'm a doctor not a time traveler!

Also, my Loque's name is Gallifrey, I'm a bit of a Doctor Who fangirl.

And yes, to round out the pop-culture references, that is the fabulous 'Senor Chimichanga' in my avatar.

I have a Hoot-Hoot in my Soul Silver named Dr.Who. It amuses me everytime to send him out into the field to fight. I can proudly declare I stuffed the Doctor into a pokeball and he serves ME now.

Stargate:1, Dr.Who:0.

Edit: Even better, my Dialga in diamond is named Anachronos. :D

Dr Who has the Doctor, Stargate has McGuyver. I'd say they're just about even. ;)

Alright, fine. We can both agree both are awesome, or at least Dr.Who has potential to be awesome. My friends held me at dartgun point to see about...three episodes. Let's just say every now and then I admit I count my shadows...

*shudder*

I was JUST about to come in here and say "MY THREAD! YOU KEELED EET!!!!" but... Oh well. I don't mind derailing! (Especially since I pretty much derailed it from the very first post with my mention of Palkia and Dialga! XD)

Dun' worry. Until you can understand what I'm referring to when I say "He's dead, Jim", you don't need to cry.

Also, I've always been annoyed that despite all the Nintendo references in Un'Goro.. There wasn't a single Pokemon one! >.<
I would say that the walking plants are a bit of a reference, but meh. Probably not.
I understand that reference. very sadly...
