This video contains content from UMG. It is not available in your country.
I did add the extra tactic, and explained that it sometimes works/sometimes doesn't. Last reset it worked flawlessly; today, he ported me down three times despite my aggro being fine. It took a bit of tweaking but I did manage in the end--I can't figure out how he decides whether to port or not.
Edit: Cowmuflage--"Oh, and if you're after a Razzashi Hatchling, the red raptors in here do rarely drop it." I did mention it in the guide already

I decided to wing it for the ZG bosses on Yasindra, without reading the guide. Pre 4.0.1 I had been facerolling them with my paladin- but boy that has changed thanks Blizz. Can't even solo sethekk halls on him. Wonderful.
Anyways.
Long story short, the raptor boss is the harder of the two imo mostly because he will randomly start gnawing away on your ass and if FD and or detterence are down there's very little you can do- disengage didn't seem to really keep him off either.
The tiger boss trio were surprisingly amazingly easy tho O_o
but I am going to check out the guide later for MGT.

Magister's Terrace portion has been added. There's a couple replies between that bit and my previous guides, so if it's possible for a mod to scoot it up by a couple to put it in its place that'd be great, otherwise it isn't hard to find
Will be adding the Karazhan images soonish.

If anybody is wondering I tried to bug Thecal with FD, and it totaly worked. The fight is ridiculously easy this way.

I've learned that if you Feign Death when Anzu banishes (before the birds come out), the birds just fly around the room and don't attack. I think my pet picked up one that flew too close, which was easily killed. Then you just lay there in FD until the Banish falls off, and resume attacking Anzu. Much, much easier this way.

I think it depends on where you are fighting him. I generally just burst them down to get him out of his immune phase faster (pretty certain them dying cancels the banish; if not, it's something to do meanwhile at least). But sometimes half the group just doesn't aggro, and I ignore it. /shrug

Yeah, he un-banishes once they die. I have my pet tank him in the center where he is when you enter the room, then I stand a little in front of the doorway. I guess I just have trouble getting them all MD'd onto my pet and it ends up getting a little messy. So it's cleaner and easier for me to just let his banish fall off. Either way works.

Wow, your guide's really detailed, and though I haven't tried soloing any of the mount-dropping bosses yet, with the exception of the Baron, this info really is invaluable! (I usually sucker my bf into duoing these bosses with me on his mage).
Who else votes that this thread should be a sticky at the top of the Mounts page?

Here's a trick that'll also help with Anzu's adds.....bring a worm!
When Anzu summons the ravens, drag them to the worm and activate Burrow Attack. This SHOULD end up killing the whole lot of them. AND the CD is short enough to be ready for the 2nd wave of adds!

I've heard that we are loosing the mounts of Zul'Gurub in the latest patch. What about the rest of these instances, are they still possible?
If so, I can wait to start, the guides looks wonderful, and thank you in advance!

Worms are the only way to go for solo tanking.
I'm up to about 2 dozen tries on Anzu so far... have looted ten or so epic gems which per wowhead I believe are about 8% chance, so I seem able to get close... just never quite into that last 1-2% for the mount. So far - so far.
Initially I tried doing the "Feign Death Fox Trot", but found trying to survive melee dmg and plan out good "safe spots" to be a headache - for me at least, it's been simpler to just sidestep the ones I can, and blast through the rest.
