It would come down to the person and how they see it. If they tried and still don't want to do it then they don't wanna do it. Ask the person later one once there better geared if they would want to try it again.

Exactly. Thats where I was getting at. Ask them first, dont just shove them in and say "Try it! c'mon! We can have a group!".

This is the other thing I was getting at. I wasn't trying to be mean about anything when I commented earlier. I was merely saying not everyone who does double DPS is useless or flexing EPeens. I play a druid. I don't tank or heal cause I don't like to. I like being kitty and boomkin. I'm not the heals/tanking type....atleast not on druids.
