Dextra roamed, reaching with his mind. There were many possiblities but nothing that struck his fancy. A parnter was what he wanted. At least for now.
It was not long before he found what he wanted. It's mind was easier to sift through. A sleeping mind always was. Dextra knew that he could never succeed at pretending to be an old friend, lost in the many battle of recent history. But there was other ways to deceive.
Baaz.
Baaz. Wake up!

"Yes," Buzzard responded shortly. "Better than usual." He didn't elaborate, instead telling Solara, Hold on. I had a stalker. Dealing with it... Start on your way to the base, I'll meet you there.

A rather large Beedrill flew around the forest. He was about the size of a dragonair. He had tears streaming down his face, "They're all gone....." he muttered to himself. Spear continued his flying.

Solara sent a vague confirming thought, slinking low to the ground as she heard noises, creeping along towards the former Dusk base. She grinned as her senses picked up a few Dusk-tainted minds lingering there. Lost and confused. They'd be easy to rally together.

Aeris tilted her head, frowning still. He didn't seem like it...but..who was she to know right? She sighed and then gave a little nod. "Sorry, I shouldn't have followed you." Yet another mess up on her part. "Oh! I do have this for you though!" She pulled out a small package from her bag, trying to smile at him. "I'm pretty sure these are from Chomp's place...they smell like cookies!"

((I thought it would be... Appropriate. And trust me, the lovelly little ironies with Asher is just started. >:3))
"He gets all that energy from you I hope you know," Venin looked up to Phantom, her tail thumping once on the snow.
Asher stopped, jumping up in the air again to plunge himself in the snow. This time, as he wiggled hismelf up, he was clutching the stem of some Rawst berries. "I ghot them!" He called out though clenched teeth, padding proudly over to his parents with his prize.
~
Baaz suddenly sprung awake, looking about, his claws diging little furrows into the wood upon which he lay.
"Who speaks?" He called out. It didn't sound like Sol, Arkon or any of the other psychic types he knew.
~
After hours of searching, Vethor thought he found a suitale host. Carefully, he moved his consiousness nearer to his chosen prey, looking for some sort of infomation he could use against him.

Buzzard blinked, accepting the package. "Thank you Aeris," he responded, and turned to fly quickly towards the old Dusk base. Sorry about the wait. On my way. The flames on his back pulsed out, burning an odd bluish color with his regained fervor.

No. I'm none of your friends. My name is Soren. That was the truth.
Everything you care about is in danger! Also the truth.
The ... No you wouldn't know them by that name. The Soultakers have returned! And even more truth.
I need your help! heh this was easier than he thought. No wonder The Sinistra had so much fun with this.

Aeris smiled and watched Buzzard go. Then she turned to that annoying itch that had been in her mind.
If that's someone I know will you please say something? A bit rude, or it seemed like it to her, but really..that itch was annoying.
--
Arkon sighed and sat down. He heard a sizzle, felt wetness, then became dry again, all in a few moments. "I'm getting really..really annoyed with this.."

((Time to introduce my new character! XD))
"Dum-dee-dum.. Hum-dee-dum-dee-dum..." A young girl cheerfully said as she skipped along through the trees. She grinned, small pointed teeth sparkling in the sunlight. The clothes that she wore, a brown T-shirt with red designs and baggy grey-ish black pants, seemed much more suited to warmer times of the year, but she didn't seem hampered by the cold in the least. Snow flakes dotted her black hair, which was held back in a ponytail by a red ribbon. Her bright blue-green eyes gleamed with excitement as she continued, incidentally heading straight towards where Spear was flying.
------
((Oooh, I can't wait to see these ironies! Oh how I love irony XD))
"Really." Phantom replied, "I could've sworn he got it from you." He flicked his tails, grinning. He turned his gaze to Asher as the Eevee padded over. "So you did! Impressive job, little guy!"

Lark stalked behind Arkon, a few yards away. She was staying low, the snow sticking to her fur keeping her relatively well blended. Letting out a mock roar, she leapt, trying to land right in front of Arkon - just to prove that she could have pinned him down.
The Sinistra didn't smugly didn't speak, not being anyone that the Dragonite knew. She instead continued probing the mind, trying to find any way to intrude and see her memories and weaknesses.

Spear stopped flying, growing tired. He leaned against a tree, and just broke down in tears, "My family....all of them....."

((... I have just Nerd Raged at Brick in real life for completely using the truth to entice Baaz. >.< ))
Baaz sprung to his feet, eyes widened by the message.
"What? Soultakers?" He shook his head, so much information dumped on him at once... The Soultakers were little more than myth, weren't they? "How do I know I can trust you, Soren? What proof is there that the Soultakers even exist, let alone that they're rising again?"
~
Asher dropped the berries before his father with a *plop*. Looking up and wiggling his tail. "Do you want any Dad?" he asked.

Solara was close to the Base, phasing, flickering. Ghost-like, she drifted towards the base. Aside from obvious signs of humans around, and the occasional gasp of fear and the pounding of feet, there wasn't much. But she sensed the other pokemon.
---
Wistala blinked at the creature thing. She had never seen one like it before. It looked scared and hurt, and she wasn't sure what to make of it. "Are...you okay?" She tentatively asked the small cat-fox like creature.

Arkon let out a yelp as he fell backwards. He cursed at himself in his mind as he did so, peeking through his upright legs to find out who had done that. "Oh Lark, it's you. You scared me!" He said with a little laugh, rolling onto his side so he could get up again, snow sizzling on his fur.
Aeris huffed and gave her head a shake, trying to put up a barrier of sorts in her mind. But she was a little annoyed, and she could feel a pain starting in her skull. Stupid thing bugging her brain!
Knock that off!

Cherrie stared out the window, it was big enough for her to actually fit through but seeing how she was on the highest floor in the house she didn't datre jump through..or maybe she should for just a little fun? she smiled her inscints telling her to step away from the window she disobeyed them putting a paw on the window also using her back paws to launch herself into the sky soon falling afterwards in the soft snow

Yuki looked up at whistala a huge look of fear in his eyes "Nooo! don't hurt me!" he immdeatly hid his face in one of his busy like fox tails for protection

Millie blinked, tilting her head. She could have sworn she heard someone... It sounded like they were crying. This confused her greatly. Who would be crying right now? It was a beautiful winter day! They should be having fun out in the snow! Not crying! She grinned determinedly, heading in the direction of the sound. She was going to cheer whoever that was up!
((I don't think I've ever had such a cheery character... XD))
------
"Why not?" Phantom said, bending down to sniff the berries, and then gulp one down. "Mmm, these are good!"

The staraptor recoiled. "Wha! I don't want to hurt you! Augh! Are you okay? Don't hurt -me!-"
((It's kind of scaring me, really. *wishes Azu was here to aid in the creepy cheeriness.* Except Azu is creepy cheery. She's innocent, easily manipulated cheery. Which some would consider synonymous.))

Buzzard reached the base. He didn't try to hide himself like Solara, landing with a thud beside her. There was a lot more gasping and running away. He looked around, then sent a message to any evolved Dusk in the city using the empty space in his head that the Voices had once occupied. Dusk, come. Come if you wish to see it all end the way it should have ended. Come so we can start again!
Flashfire looked up, blinking. She heard the message and whinnied, coming out of the old, forgotten stable that had been her home. She began galloping towards Buzzard, noting that more cautious Dusk were beginning to follow. She hadn't known so many had stayed... Then again, compared to the old army, this was nothing. A handful at best.
The Sinistra decided that simply observing wasn't going to work as well this time... She faded back, waiting, watching, planning a direct attack.
Lark grinned, the mock snarl fading. She circled around Arkon before speaking. "Are you as bored as I am?"

Spear heard someone approaching. He flew around in fear trying to find a place to hide.
