The night would end when you two eventually are so drunk that you're refused service. Then the real adventure begins - finding your way home without winding up in strangers' beds!

Pfft winding up in a strangers' bed is part of the fun. I mean you only live once Anywho if that did happen more likely one of my mates would be drinking with us so theres useally a sober driver in the group.

Tbh, I've only ever had homebrewed mead. Once upon a time in history class (I think it was history? or maybe Swedish lit?), one of the project groups ended up making bark-bread and mead from old recipes. It was surprisingly good! I finished off that loaf together with a couple of friends. >.>
Of course, they had a bit of a challenge actually being allowed to bring the mead to class what with the whole "no alcohol on school premises", but somehow sanity prevailed. Anywho, if we're talking alcohol I'll prefer straight vodka, thank-you-very-much!

Beer, whiskey or perhaps some wine, for me. :P I do like vodka too, though.
Sounds like a really relaxed school. ^^ I think I'd be shot if I brought alcohol to school. Being on antidepressants is bad enough during one of their redundant drug-tests. <.<

Yeah Cowmu! We can sleep with strangers! Yaay! I'm USUALLY pretty good at not being THAT drunk, though... :P

Oh well thats good as once I get going I don't uselly stop XD I can handle like 3 beers then its down hill but I only go past 2 beers at partys/town so its all good.

Heh, it was a big deal over at my school that this year, students are allowed to drink when off campus

I believe my record is, like, seven. Then I passed out and supposedly started vomiting. I can handle about two beers without getting very drunk, at least. Meh, I can feel roughly when I'm starting to have too many, and at that point I decline. Then I try to walk away and fall down accidentally headbutting a guy in the crotch. That happened once.

Well I'd say then that you should never accept to play Circle of death with my mates then! You don't want to be the one who has to drink the jug full of random stuff. I had to drink a cocktail of beer,bourben,wine and rum once I can't remmber what happend after that......

That's like Kings, isn't it? Somehow, they always managed to be mean to me and get waterfall and then the guy next to me just wouldn't STOP! D: The worst mix I've had was apparently ground down candy, beer, burnwine, whiskey and vodka. I think there was orange juice in it too... :/

I wondered why that sounded so much like Circle of death so I wikied it and found out its the same game XD. Waterfall does suck when the guy next to you is a booze tank!

Heck, I can't even drink, and this whole conversation is just making me not want to drink more. (I've tried beer and some spiked soda before, horrible taste. So I'm pretty firm against not drinking.) I'm going be that person drinking the coke while everyone's drunk. Yeah. The perpetual DD. Go figure. xD

After watching alcoholism completely destroy my cousin's life (he's gone through rehab and is back on his feet now, but he had already dropped out of college at that point), I'm of the same mindset. That, and the universal 'NO' sign over a cocktail glass warning sticker on my medications...

There is a differnce between drinking and alcoholism and if you can not see that then you are very silly person. What me and Saturo where talking about would be classed as "drinking at partys" Its not like we do it every day that would be "alcoholism". I for 1 only go out drinking like once a month that is getting drunk. A beer or 2 a day wont hurt you.

I understand perfectly. It's just a personal choice I've made, and I intend to stick to it. Do I really need to defend a choice like that? I have a slough of reasons behind my decision, and don't feel the need to share them all.

Also, I'm not judging anyone; sorry if it seemed like I was looking down my nose at you or anyone else. I don't care if someone drinks, so long as they don't get violent or drive drunk.

That sounds freakin delicious to me o.o

I forgot that I had one that was basicly fire water and absinthe >.> I can only remmber that it burned going down and burned comeing back up!
