Aye, eating more isn't the right way. Or, well, actually it is, but only if it's good food.

Actually if you eat too much Healthy stuff It could be proven toxic and kill you
Which is why you should only drink two vitamin waters a day between two hours
thats what my foods teacher told me anyways

Well, vitamins are an odd thing. What I meant was, eating just things like hamburgers to gain weight is a bad idea, that's unhealthy in any quantities. On the other hand, eating a well balanced diet, and simply taking more of everything is the healthy way to go about it.

I was just pointing out that you can't compare eating a third of a kilo iron to eating a third of a kilo actual food.^^

Vitamins (at least vitamin C?) are fine I think as excess amount will be pushed out of body via urine. There are other chemicals important for staying healthy but will keep accumulate excess amount in your body and end up harming you. So supplements are something you don't want to take more than the daily recommended for long period of time.

Then again, it's a common sense that you shouldn't consume too much of anything, even drinking too much water can kill you.

Yaaaaay, single again. It had to be done, no regrets, etc, but cripes, I am NOT looking forward to the withdrawal. Incoming two months of body-induced moping. Why does nobody ever WARN you about this? I feel like I should hang a sign on myself. "You know how scary PMS is? PMS is nothing. This is something. BEWARE."

This is probably really awkward, and not so much a look for help as a rather entertaining story.

A few weeks ago, I finished my second semester of college. And a few days before that, my girlfriend and I were fooling around. Now, I've been known to have shivering fits, which have yet to be explained in any way and generally end with me huddled under a bunch of blankets hoping to get warm again. So one night, when we were fooling around, I started shivering and we thought that that's what it was. She was worried, so we stopped what we were doing and she looked it up online.

Erm, it seems I had my first ever orgasm and had no idea what it was. I swear, it was the weirdest thing.

Also, does anyone have any experience with having sex with a friend? We call it practice, because we aren't really dating. It's a weird thing, I guess.

Sorry, I haven't really talked to anyone about any of this, and the internet is a good place for stuff like that. Especially because it's a lot harder to get embarrassed about it.

Orgasms as cold shivers? Not really how I'd put it. Don't think I know much about that.

Sex with friends, though... First ever sex was with a friend, who soon after became my official boyfriend. xD Definitely nothing weird about trying out more casually at first.
