/pet will be gone again in 1.7.1, and this time forever. I wasn't sure if it is a good idea to keep it, but after some posts I think it is not. I myself don't really understand what is that great on Blizzard's built-in /pet, but I submit the opinion of the community.
By the way, I will add water elemental support with 1.7.1. They work just now with 1.7.0, but the grammar is a bit ugly. Same thing with hunter pets that have not yet gotten their final name. Jorna's Bear Bear... you know. Will be fixed soon.
New pet families (monkeys, foxes and so on) will also be supported by the Editor soon. I can't tell a release date, but it will be before December.

Eee, thanks, Jorna!
It's not so much that the Blizzard /pet is such a great emote; I personally just like the distinction of "pet" vs. "pat." Pat is shorter and pet includes a bit of a stroke (in my mind, anyway).

Their noise isn't exactly a hiss, though; that was the only thing holding me back from saying hiss in the first place. Although if it sounds like a hiss to you, then maybe there's enough of a case for it (since the thought had occurred to me as well) in fact being a hiss...

I say that cause it sounds more throaty than a moan and bellow basically seems like it'd be more throaty..

I apologize if this was addressed in this thread, I didn't feel like reading through 21 pages to look for it.
Could someone please explain (or point me to a guide) on how to right your own custom emotes using the editor? I'm not very savvy with stuff like this, but if I could get a simple guide or explanation of how it works then that would be great.
So far I am loving the addon though, especially the corehound emotes!!

The headbutt one made me think:
"Soup runs full speed into her master's leg, causing him to stumble slightly as her shell bashes into his kneecap."
Turtles can run! Just...not very fast....

My old pet turtle, Sparky, would make you think otherwise. Little bugger did NOT want you to catch him. XD But that is awesome.

Other than that one, no. I'd double check on the devilsaur one though incase that bug where the emote is unfinished is still looming.
