((This is what happens when you get hunters on the subject of pets.))

Myriana and Swift - Kharanos

Myri tilted her head and considered what Rose had said, completely forgetting that she should be guarded around the other hunter. "Hmm. I would not go so far to say they are fungus. They are very much more like animals if you ask me. I would say that given they are all over the place in Zangarmarsh, they have adapted defense mechanisms that are more suited to the climate there. I must admit however, that Zankri is a much more flattering sounding name than Sporebat. "

Seeing that Serenity could possibly usurp his place as Karzix's pal, Swift climbed up on the rogue, trying to nudge the sporebat out of the way. If anyone was going to be Karzix's hat, he was!

Rosaliah and Serenity--Kharanos

Serenity made a noise that was like a cross between a grunt and a hum at Swift. She started to push back against the fox until a silent command from Rose called her away. As the sporebat returned to her mistress, she stuck out her tongue at Swift. ((I'm assuming they have a tongue anyway.)) Serenity attempted to scoot herself in under Rose's hood, draping her tail down the hunter's back, humming happily to be back in her usual spot on the hunter's head.

Rose scowled as she had to hold her hood up while the sporebat scooted around underneath it. Once Serenity settled, the blood elf sighed and mulled over what Myri had said. She didn't want to contradict the other hunter since she had never been to Outlands herself...but Jraak had lived there. She decided that silence was the best policy, still feeling awkward around the others.

Myriana and Swift - Kharanos

Swift yipped back at Serenity and was pushing back at the sporebat, not giving an inch, until suddenly the bat moved away. With a happy yip, the fox tried to finish climbing onto Karzix head. Myri rolled her eyes, calling the fox off. "Honestly Swift, leave poor Karzix alone." With a dejected yip, the fox slid down the front of the goblins head, onto his lap, then proceeded to the floor. He curled up at the draenei's feet sulking. She never let him have any fun.

Myri picked the fox up and put him onto her lap, where he continued to sulk. Shrugging, the hunter looked back at Rose, completely ignoring the fact that the elf had a sporebat on her head. "Well, what do you think?" Obviously Rose had found out some information on the sporebats from that Arrokoa. And Myri hated to admit it, but Jraak certainly new more about them than she did.

Rosaliah--Kharanos

Rose just shrugged. "He called them fungus, says that's what the Arakkoa call them and that they are called 'hoods' because they looking like a hood with no body underneath and that they're genderless. He thinks the name we mammals give them is silly and thinks it's silly that we consider them beasts."

She fell silent again, feeling as if she were rambling.

Myriana - Kharanos

Myri thought on that for a few minutes before finally wondering aloud "But if they are not beasts, then how are we hunters able to bond with them?" It was thoughts like that that usually caused her headaches. Myri shook her head, letting the subject drop.

Faron and Tirrae, Kharanos

Faron scowled to himself. He needed fresh air and a few miles between himself and the adventurers. Maybe he'd find Rose out there, too. Dropping his front paws off the window sill, he shook and padded towards the door. The sound of Rose speaking to the others caused him to pause. Oh. Great. Perfect. Scowling further for a moment, he tried to clear his faces of emotion before trotting out, sitting by the fire.

Tirrae tilted her head at the hunter and her pets, poking Karma's fur to see if she was solid or not.

Talonaris, Dun Morogh

Talon sighed, then frowned at Lyra. She, unlike him, didn't hesitate to run up to the human on the road, slowing as she got closer. Talon sighed again and followed.

Azunara
Kharanos

Azunara blinked as she saw Rose, and then Faron. What were they doing here? Weren't they with the Cult? Last time she checked, they were trying to tear them apart. Well, not her. Last she could clearly remember was the orb. Everything after that was there, but twisted and confused. She shook her head, not wanting to think about that, and decided it best to stick besides Tirrae, looking at Rose curiously as she listened.

Kozri
Dun Morogh

Kozri stiffened as he heard paw steps, looking up to see the very large red lynx bound towards him. He stopped in his tracks, looking at Lyra carefully. As Talonaris appeared, he looked from the lynx to the elf, confused. Where had he seen them before? He vaguely remembered them about the Cultist Camp, and decided as a precaution to take a few steps back, looking ready to fight.

Magna - Dun Morogh

Magna took a deep breath, "....I'm a married orc.....I wanted to tell you earlier, but I got caught up in the moment......" the tears came down harder.

Decay - Dun Morogh

"Oh.", Decay said, letting go of the orc. Right, married. THat's always the second thing.

Magna - Dun Morogh

"I'm sorry Decay....your a great person...one of the best I've met......but I have a wife...a kid...and a home, all of that stuff."

He sighed, "And due to my ignorance, I'll not only lose all of that...but I'm losing you too...."

Decay - Dun Morogh

"You don't have to.", she said, jumping off of Arbennig. "I'll walk back."
She started walking back towards the inn.

Magna - Dun Morogh

"Decay..." Magna side and buried his face on Arbennig's back as he cried.

Arbennig whined and began walking back to the inn.

Zaruuk - Dun Morogh

Zaruuk squeezed the death Knight to him a little tighter in responce. He had no words to thank her for this, just hoped her trust in him and his abilites was not misplaced. He cleared his throat, trying to force away the swell of emotions that threatened to flood over him.
"So, uh," He said horsely. "Is there anything I can do for you in return?"

Magna - Dun Morogh

"What are the odds she'll actually forgive me for this....?" Magna asked his pet.

Arbennig grunted.

"Figured as much...."

He looked around. Huh....This was Iceflow Lake.....how'd they end up there?

Myriana and Swift - Kharanos

Myri had dropped her guard talking to Rose, but as soon as Faron and his troll made an appearance, it was back up again in full force. She mentally berated herself for getting distracted around the enemy, though given the elf's current state, she figured Rose wouldn't hurt her. Faron on the other hand... The draenei crossed her arms over her chest, but otherwise said nothing as Faron sat himself down.

Swift looked up and watched Tirrae poke Karma and snickered to himself.

Karzix and Glix - Kharanos

Karzix quickly brushed his hair off once Serenity left her spot on his head, letting out a violent sneeze when stray spores floated up his nose. He let out a muffled grumble when Swift attempted to climb up onto his head. "Buddy, fuhr hats might be fashionable, but I think yah gotta get skinned and sewn up, first." He shook his head once Swift left him alone.
Glix looked thoughtful, taking in what Myri and Rose were saying. She gave Faron a glance when he walked in, watching him for a brief moment before turning her attention to Azu. She offered her a hesitant smile, still not quite used to seeing the transparent druid.

Myriana and Swift - Kharanos

Swift gave Karzix a horrified look at the thought of being skinned. Swift quickly decided that he didn't want to be a hat anymore.

Myri finally stood up, tired of the tension the wolf and his troll caused. "It is getting a little overcrowded in here." She gave Faron another suspicious glare before walking out of the inn for some fresh air, Swift trotting behind her. She caught sight of Decay heading towards her. She was about to give the deathknight a friendly greating, before realizing that something wasn't right. "Hey. What's wrong?" she asked the deathknight, concerned.

Decay - Dun Morogh

"He's married.", she said, entering the inn, where she slumped down in a chair in a corner.
