I was in need of a tenacity pet and i figured Grunter would be perfect, problem is i havent seen Grunter in a couple days and i almost never saw him till i had started my troll druid about a month ago but when i flew over he was strutin' his stuff alongside a hyena XD

Found Mojo the Twisted, Dreadscorn, and Ravage also which was nice, got me some superior BoE's to sell (no Spiteflayer tho qq i love that guy), but i dont know what to name Grunter, he has a pretty sassy attitude ive gathered, his idle movements are a lotta sniffing (his butt way in the air haha), and a lot of waving his head back and forth and bearing his tusks to whatever may be on either side of him

I said that too, until I haven't had ANY luck with any of the spiders besides Kirix or the other rares besides Banthy. It's ridiculous. I obtained all of the rares that Cata had the day I hit 85 and all of the Lich King ones as I leveled up (Arc at 74, Loque at 76, etc.)

Nice O: my original BE hunter Bloodwhisker had to work for all her rares except Gondria.... spent forever looking for Loque, stopped playing her and played other toons, including playing on a different server and just back in April or May i get on her, do a flyby around Sholazar and BOOM Loque is up.... freaked the crap outta me cause it was the middle of the day, was in the very north part where the goretalons are too, same place i tamed him on my troll hunter

I ended up finding Loque when looking for Krush. He was hanging out with the Wasps, which I really don't recommend anyone doing. I think he likes spawning under people, and the freaking them out.

That, by the wasps, and the place near Nessingwary camp are the only three places I haven't found him. I AAAAAAAAAAAALWAYS find him at the spot closest to Wintergrasp, but I've seen him in the other two, too.

I know this thread is kind of derailed but I have to let this out somewhere...

Sometimes, I wish I wasn't such a nice person. Sometimes, I really, REALLY hate having a conscience.

I'm giving up on camping Magria, at least for right now. After missing her last night, I end up running into another hunter I honestly hoped I'd never see again who told me they'd been after her for however long this patch has been out. They went "Mine MINE" when I told them I was after Magria and I, as nicely as I could, told them that was a very rude thing to say, and I didn't even get an apology for such rude behavior. Still, I said I'd let them have Magria first were she to spawn... though I didn't start seeing this hunter in Hyjal till two days ago. Now I wish I hadn't said that. I wish that I was so nice. This other hunter is.... frustrating. Very. VERY. FRUSTRATING. To the point where I want to scream and tear my hair out. I don't know what their deal is!

This hunter told me about being the first to kite Deth'tilac to Malfurion's Breach, and hearing that made me sick. I absolutely can't stand it when people kite mobs to towns and such. Even if you didn't know she wouldn't reset, what did you honestly THINK would happen by kiting Deth up there?! I told them it wasn't a nice thing to do and they tried to give me Deth'tilac's tear I said no and closed the window, and they said it was an easy 25g.. x____x Again, I said no and they didn't try giving it to me again, thankfully.

They left to go get Skitterflame, and I congratulated them on taming him (didn't even get a thank you, feh...). The straw that broke the camel's back; however, was when they became displeased at me having Chromaggus just because they wanted to show me theirs. SERIOUSLY?! So I'm now sitting by the pretty pond at Nordrassil trying not to burst into tears from being so damn frustrated with this person. Yes, I left the spot because I refuse to help someone that has a problem with me having the same core hound they do. I'll still do periodic checks for Magria, but camping? Not anymore.

I've had it with this damn patch.

Try seeing them as a troll, rather than another hunter, since that's clearly what they are.

I camped with my friend for 6 hours last night to keep her company while she waited for Ankha to possibly spawn. Soon, who else pops but MAGRIA DAMMIT! My friend was really upset but had some dwarf on RealID and was able to get him out there to tame her.

Still, it sucks that my friend camped for Ankha that long only to have the one she didn't want spawn. This is three times in a row its happened to her. I feel bad. =(

Wow, that's really awful. I wish I could've sent the Ankha I'd seen a day ago over to you guys' server so she wouldn't have gotten killed. ;_; I already have her or I would've tamed her. I wish you and your friend the best of luck and I hope she'll get her pretty white tiger.

A DK tried killing Magria. He was horde, so I was able to tell him "Thats a hunter pet, dude, its gonna keep one shotting you" he was in full armor (DK TANK) and couldn't believe she killed him so fast. I wasn't about to tell him how to kill her any time soon, so I just told him that.

The same hunter that had Karkin and Skitterflame ganked from her had Skitterflame ONCE AGAIN ganked from her today. I felt awful. I got on my ally toon and gave him quite an earful. You get what, a 3 hours ban for langauge?

Double post, but alliance on my server once again showing just how douchey they can be. A hunter in my channel had been wanting Deth for soooo long and had been camping him for 3 days straight (likely missing him when she slept). So Deth spawns. We're about ready for her to tame him. She's so excited. Thinking she's going to get her purple spider she's camped for days (normally we have to BEG people to get Deth, but she really wanted him). Lo, SHE DIES, dropping Deth's health very low. Alliance nearby started dpsing him and lol'ing. I /beg /plead /pray anything to get them to stop. She finally rezzed up, restarted her tame on Deth, BUT THE ALLIANCE ASSHOLES ENDED UP KILLING HIM! A warrior, intent on making she sure lost the tame, ran in and died to Deth, ultimately killing Deth. She was so upset she said she's crying IRL. I want help any way I can, but I can't make Deth pop again for her.

WHY don't they SOMEHOW make these pets updpsable by the opposing faction!?

*Bares her fangs in a snarl* Do I gotta come to your server and whip some hunters into shape? *cracks knuckles* Oh I've put a few on my server into Jessi's Hunter Boot Camp and you better believe someones life becomes hell if they ever interrupt someones tame.

It's okay, Jessi. Thankfully, Magria wasn't around at the time, but still, sheesh. And what's funny is that the person hasn't even been in Hyjal at all since this morning and last night. >_>

Aotona just spawned and my tame was going smoothly, however a Nelf Rogue came up and killed her. =/ From the same guild that has been killing all my rare tames. I've never seen Aotona spawn, not even during Wrath, and when I FINALLY had my chance, that Rogue stole her from me. I'm really thinking about calling it quits for now because of all this complete bs... u.u

I feel your pain. Except they haven't KILLED my Aotona tames. I just have never seen her. In TWO YEARS! Until yesterday, with help from my lovely little mini-hunter Starkittens.

I was on my new hunter alt trying to collect low level pets (stuff like Dishu, Humar the Pridelord, Takk the Leaper, Strider Clutchmother, etc.) and after a while this level 60 death knight starts randomly following me around. I ask him if he wants something, but he doesn't say anything. So I ignore him.

I finally found Takk the Leaper, and was halfway through the tame when *autohit* the DK kills him. Now I decide that he's been creepy enough following me around and rude by killing my tame, so I tell him to buzz off. He doesn't so I log off fir awhile, do some arenas on Litlemouse, and comeback. He's still there and starts to follow me again, and killed the next pet I tried to tame. So I ended up reporting him for creepy griefing O_o weird...
