Got a tandboil AND my temporary filling have gone out... so sitting here with an ENORMOUS toothache.. and NO money to fix it.....


Sigh normally i dont mind being "poor" (i dont feel poor compared with ppl in africa so thats why i put it in " ") but other times.. ARGH!

Oh dear Tarn! Absess teeth are horrid!

Hum...all I can recommend is make BFFs with the hot shower or hot tub of some sort and some hot tea. And if you can, get ahold of a medicine called Ambesol. I prefer the liquid instead of the gel but whatever your preference. It works immediately and numbs the area. I used it constantly when my wisdom tooth kept getting infected. It helped me sleep and get through the day. Aleve and Ibuprophen are wonderful to use too.

Whats BFF ? i have ibuprohen and panodil but that is all i have and can afford... and it just takes the top of the pain.. atm the worst pain is the temporary filling which have gone out.. that pain just shoots rigth down to the nerve of the tooth.... blerg

There's got to be somewhere that will see you. Abscesses are very dangerous. There was a news story here not too long ago about a gentleman who had one. The doc gave him prescriptions for pain medicine and antibiotics. He couldn't afford both so he got the pain. he should have picked antibiotics. He died.

I will call alot of dentis places tomorrow to see if they can fix me and let me set up a payment plan.. but its hard in denmark... We live off social benefits both my husband and i.. and lore and her husband cannot get a dime in social benefits due to them having alternate citensenship then Danish.

so 4 grown ups and 1 14 year old kid with special needs living for 16.000 DKR a month.. thats 2146,30 euro and out of that we need to pay rent, insurance, warm, health, electricity, bills, food and medicine for Victoria + her school fees....

im not usually complaining cause there are ppl in the world worse off then we.. but when your in pain and cannot get relief its another matter... i hope we find a place who will take me in.. but i would not get my hopes up..

Ohh and did i mention that im also currently running around on Crutches cause i got two torn legiments and one torn cruciate Ligament in my knee.. so i would have to take a cab to the place and hope they fix me up fast cause i cannot lie down without support for a longer period of time and i cannot walk the way to the buss cause my knee is hurt and i can only walk like 50 steps

I would recommend a hot toddy for the tooth ache, between the alcohol and honey it can help reduce chances of infection.

More of a whine than a rant...everyone of my friends seems to get raid pets but me!! I only have three of them thanks to their kindness (and the fact one of them doesn't even care for mini pets - cept mechanical/warlocky type ones -.- he also got the oond the mount and doesn't care for those either) I just want to get a drop of my own!

Liking things is totally cool. I loved Enders' Game. I don't like the author's views, but I'm not reading the personal views of the author, I'm reading a super cool book.

I see Chuck Norris jokes as the same sort of thing. I don't find them funny anymore, but I find the stupidest things funny so I have no reason to judge the jokes. Make as many jokes as you please, and enjoy them! That's what they're for! I kind of hate the man himself, but supporting the jokes doesn't support him as a person. Same with his movies. I can love something and hate who made it, it happens all the time!

But I agree, Cow, in that I'm getting real, real sick of it being constantly pointed out that this or that person who made this or that is an arse. If it's new to me, cool, I like learning. That's generally why I reblog stuff like the Norris thing; I didn't know, and now I do, and learning is cool. But after it's repeated a thousand times... For fel's sake, I understand, this or that person was a horrible dude! Can I please just enjoy this thing they made? I mean heck, Einstein was apparently not such a great guy, but I'm going to appreciate the heck out of general relativity.

Freaking tumblr how god damn long does it take to write a simple description about myself like holy shit I've been trying to type this crap for a good 10min at least!

Eyup I agree 100%. It gets so tiring sometimes. On a random note I played my first game of Bloodbowl (think American football with fantasy creatures and more violence) today and my Lizardman team the Lustria Geckos lost to a Halfling team! My human sized lizards lost to a bunch of food loving midgets! >:(

im not even sure that its a tooth abscess.. what if its not.. what if something simpler or more complicated.. what if i waste my families money away on this trip..

i feel soo sad that i have to do this.. and loads of guilt over it.... the cab drive down there alone equals 4 days worth of food....
