In B/W to get Volcarona pre-E4, you gotta surf to route 17, get to the the biiig island. A guy in the house there gives you a larvesta egg if you have an open party slot. Then you just gotta lvl it to 59.

In B2/W2 you can get Volcarona directly as soon as you reach the World Tournament by going through Relic Passage into Relic Castle and catching it.

I know in B/W you can also catch a level 70 one there in that same place after the E4 as well. I couldn't remember where the egg was at but level 59 before the E4 is a long damn wait lol.

I was thinking of Zinzolin, not Ghetsis, lol. He had two cryogonal's and a weavile.

Gyrados is weak to rock and electric.
Aerodactyl is weak to rock, Steel, water, electric, and ice.

Charizard can learn Steel wing and Iron tail (TM)
Arcanine can learn Iron Tail (TM)

That would take out the Aerodactyl, and then just hammer Gyrados with whatever you have left. Make use of revives/max revives, full heals etc that you have.

Figma is a company that makes high quality, highly poseable collector action figures of characters from anime,movies,games etc and I found a really cool custom made one of the female trainer from B&W. It really just makes me want one made by Figma even more. It would be better quality and would come with heaps of different faces and hands etc and who knows with Y & X coming out this year they might just.

Finally got off my arse and beat up Ghetsis, which was quite easy this time around. At least, everything but that damn Hydreigon, who still managed to outspeed and 1-hit my poor Zweilous (who was higher level!) and do some serious damage to my Carracosta and Lilligant.

I have to admit, beating the game has made it incredibly fun to keep going. I'm thrilled by all the new pokémon popping up and the level jump is a nice challenge. I have a feeling I'm going to be playing a lot more from now on. xD

HAHA YES AWESOME. I beat Lance with my team! I got pretty lucky at points though. I started with Ninetales like I normally do and used Confuse Ray to confuse Gyarados and he kept hitting himself. I managed to take him out without him getting a single hit in. Aerodactyl took some time, but once he was down I carefully handed out revives and shit and I won! And it was my 'one more time and then I'll borrow my friend's level 100 Mewtwo' so I'm pretty chuffed I managed it. Never been this happy to beat Lance before, pff. xD I've never been this far in SoulSilver! Now I have the National Pokédex as well so I can be OCD and have all the Pokémon in the boxes in the right order at last. Which means I can start catching more of them *and* continue to parts of the story I've never done. Yaaaaaay~ c:

Also I did start playing Gates to Infinity, it's fun! A little too much dialogue imo but it's a fun game, I'm not that far, but I'm playing it here and there inbetween SoulSilver.

I have a game question for you guys...when you get an egg, is the nature of the pokemon determined when it hatches or when you received the egg?

I think when it hatches. All I know is, expect lotsa breeding. If you put an Everstone on one of the parents, it has a higher chance to hatch with that parent's nature.

Actually, I believe that stuff is determined when it's made. I say this because I was trying to get a female Dratini (the one with the special move from the dragon master), and I got a male on my first egg, but after about 20 soft resets, it was still male. I didn't get a female until after hatching 2 new eggs.

Yup, it is set once the egg is received. I believe it's not set until then, so if you have an egg waiting to be picked up, you should, in theory, be able to reset for that one. But yeah, eggs are definitely set when you receive them. *Pokes Magna* HA! FOR ONCE YOU ARE NOT THE ALL POWERFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ONE! MUAWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! XP

Yeah after looking around, this was proved in Pearl/Diamond cause there was a way to check the nature of the egg proving they were already set. Ah well, I eventually got the nature I wanted on that Larvesta egg, saving before picking it up.

Alrighty, So I've dropped River Swanna, and put a Wailmer on my team for surf/waterfall. Noticed that Haxorus can learn Surf...I did not know that...Might be a fun thing to test out.
After I level up Wailmer to Wailord, then I'll level up a Litwick as my fire type. Get my team a little more well rounded, then take on the E4. I am just glad pokemon is something I can play in bed or on my breaks at work. I have way to much to do in WoW to play during the day!

For those of you who got their Deoxys, how long did it take ya to get the nature you wanted? Still working on mine LOL

I haven't even started on that yet, lol.
But I assume its going to take awhile to get what I want.
